Description of Work: They just did mostly normal fertilization for my lawn. I stopped using them because my dog was tearing up the back yard and I couldn't justify the expense for only the front yard. I don't remember when they last serviced the yard. They seem to be a fine company.

Description of Work: The estimator was very pleasant, punctual and professional. The estimate was about twice what I have paid in the past but it has been several years since I had aeration done. I have a very large, mostly flat lawn and had flagged all the sprinkler heads. I was not at home when the aeration services were provided. I was disappointed at the length of the plugs, 75% of them being only ~1" in depth, 10% less than 1" and the remainder 2" deep. The last time I had aeration done the majority of the plugs were 2-3" deep. I will probably not use this provider again because I don't believe the short plugs will provide the benefit to the lawn.

Description of Work: We are still in the negotiation stage, but they are very polite and professional. Have used in the past for yard maintenance and know they will provide good service for our new home.

Description of Work: Went to the wrong address but came the day after and made it right. They aerated and fertilized my lawns and the lawns looked great when spring arrived.

Description of Work: We requested a garden consultation and to have a personalized plan created for us. The landscape designer selected to work with us was an excellent choice for our style. She compiled three beautiful designs and then we took pieces of each which became the final drawing. We went in to this project knowing it would be pricey and that we wanted to set up our garden for long term enjoyment so we are still setting aside money for the plan with the intention of having In Harmony an MJ complete the design. We have used In Harmony in the past for a lawn health program and were pleased with the results.

Description of Work: Purchased the $75 landscaping consult. Mark called to say he was running 1/2 hour late (no criticism of that,no problem for us). We talked about a redo of our front yard landscaping. He made suggestions for the use of the trees and shrubs, etc we had already purchased and made recommendations for options . We briefly discussed Possibly having In Harmony doing the prep and soil amendment. Mark was here about an hour. I lost my focus for the project and need to send him a couple of scanned images and he will supply a basic outline, and provide a bid, etc. Overall, extremely satisfied with the professionalism, knowledge, etc during this preliminary appointment.

Description of Work: I got this Bid Deal as a gift and it was a superb gift. Mark was great. He taught me about my yard, what's native and what can go without guilt, and also brought up some solid ideas for maximizing my sunny and shady spots and how to reclaim the garden space with the least amount of work. I feel like I can tackle the enormous project with a bit more sanity and know I can always call in the experts to do the hard stuff.

Description of Work: The lawn was aerated by a machine. It was done very quickly. Then it was supposed to be seeded and fertilized, but the fertilizer was not done. I didn't notice that, but the owner showed up the next day to check it out, saw no fertilizer on the lawn, and then applied it himself. The woman who did the measuring of the lawn came right out after we placed our order. We stalled the service until it had rained a week, and then the lawn guy showed up on time. Both were very personable.

THEY ALSO SPOT-TREAT PLANTS WITH DISEASE ISSUES AND WILL SELECTIVELY APPLY WEED KILLERS IF YOU WISH -- YOU CAN CHOOSE YOUR LEVEL OF WEED CONTROL.
