The crew was very capable, pleasant and polite. They worked hard for 3 visits to complete the project, working 10-12 hours per day. They were very careful and precise in building the steps to match the patio.

Great. On budget. Very professional. They are not the cheapest but they will keep at it to "get it right". Mark is the owner and will commit to do everything properly. Poncho does great stone work. Elaine is their "plant person" who did the planting and advising. Our home looks like it could be in Better Homes and Garden

I really enjoyed working with the designer. They understood what I was looking for and they created exactly what I was looking for. The workers that had to interpret the design, they were wonderful to be on my property. They took a lot of pride putting everything, including the rocks, in place. The workers brought everything to life. I continue to use them as a service for my lawn work, trees and shrub care.

They do natural-type landscaping treatments for us all year round. They are the best, and we spend about $800 a year. They really know their business, and have very high standards and ethics about what they do. Every one of their employees is extremely professional, pleasant and conscientious. I would rate them highly and would continue to use them in the future.

We have been very happy with them. They are very reliable and do a great job. We are just very pleased with their service. The people who come are always very friendly and professional.

Have used service for about 1 year and plan to continue. They are responsive when I have questions or needs. When I damaged the lawn through improper watering, they kindly gave me more seed and a lesson on how to improve. They are pro-active in looking for problems. Also, they help educate me on what causes the problems and optimal plant selections.

They were very accomodating about scheduling. I had locked them out of the back yard on accident and they rescheduled without threatening to charge me for it. The workers that came out were very knowledgeable, friendly and always willing to answer questions. I feel like the price was a little high. They do a good job and I'm willing to pay a little more. I trust them.

Interview in March. Work not started until October, but wanted half in June. Planting not started until October. Finished in 2 days - October 20th. We were told to pay balance when we could, but get phone call followed by letter demanding immediate payment. We weren't able to pay until October 31st.

They are organic and they do what they say. They come on time. I have a yearly contract with this company.

We signed a year long contract with In Harmony upon moving into our home in May 2007. The previous owner had not taken very good care of the yard, so there was some work to be done as far as nourishing it back to health. As the year progressed, we did see an improvement with the condition of our trees and shrubs, however we were disappointed with the care of the lawn. We were one of the few families on our block that was actually having their lawn professionally fertilized, yet by May 2008 our lawn was one of the worst on the block. There was a time within that year that the yard looked very good, at least in the front. However, by the late spring of 2008, our lawn looked to be starving for nutrition. When we spoke with In Harmony about our concerns, their response was that sometimes it can take up to a year to get the yard in good condition. I reminded them that it had been a year. Also, on a previous occasion, we were told they were going to put something on the weeds to kill them in the front and back yard and, as a result, we should avoid having our dogs in the yard for 2 days. We have 3 dogs, so that meant taking them to the neighborhood park to potty whether during the day or in the middle of the night. After 2 days went by, I went into the backyard to check and low and behold, all of the weeds were still there. I do not believe they even put down what they were supposed to. As a result, we were inconvenienced for another 2 days after they actually came out and completed that job. We loved the idea of organic fertilization and appreciated the prompt nature and professionalism of In Harmony. However, after too many disappointments, we decided to not renew our contract with them.

Usually, we were pretty happy with them, except whenever we were having a difficult problem (like an aphid infestations and one time our Mountain Ash was covered with hideous green beetles) depending upon the service person they sent out, oftentimes the situation was not resolved. Occasionally the service people were not very well informed, and sometimes they were brilliant. The good ones didn't ever seem to come back. When we unexpectedly put our home on the market and sold (we had no plans of doing this...it just happened) we called to cancel the rest of the year. The office staff was rude to me when I called to request the rest of my money back for the unused portion of the year, they took a 15% fee off what they owed me and it took nearly 2 months to get my money back. So, even though we were a totally loyal customer and were moving to a place where there is currently no landscaping, when it comes time to pick another service like In Harmony, I think we'll have to keep looking. Sorry...but that last interaction was really unfriendly.

They let me know when they are coming. They come to my home quarterly. I have engaged them to keep the yard healthy, and they just let me know what they think needs to be done. Everything is organic based and natural. They send me reminder notices as well to let me know what they are coming to do. I like the fact that they are taking care of my yard without using poisons, so it's not harmful to my pets or grandchildren. It really matters to me that my yard stays healthy.

The sales representative who initially met with me took a lot of time to discuss and explain what would need to be done in order to rehabilitate our lawn. She couldn't have been more professional and helpful. After we signed the service contract, we received a confirmation and thank you note by mail (prior to this experience, I don't think I have EVER been thanked for giving business to any home improvement contractor). Our lawn really needed a lot of work, but after only a couple treatments, it was looking pretty decent. The maintenance service is to be performed every 6-8 weeks and they call the day before they are coming out. My only complaint would be that the second service was nine weeks after the first, and the third service was five weeks after the second, so either I have a misunderstanding about the timing of the service, or I'm hoping this will become more consistent in the future.

Original foreman, Bill, was very good and very helpful, but there seems to be complications with communicating between him and his workers, and him and the billing office. There wasn't anything special in what they did. It took them a very long time. It took them over a year to finish everything.

My lawn went to all moss to a beautiful lawn. Cost is based upon yearly services.

These people are excellent. They are very prompt and professional. They are always on time, and do the job how you want it done. They are very proactive, and always treat my plant's diseases. I only have one complaint on about them, it is about their high prices.

I recently contacted In-Harmony, because I was looking for a landscape service to prepare a section of my front yard (pull out weeds, evergreen, shrubs, bushes, etc.), so that I can put down new grass seed. I called to get pricing for approx 2500 sqf. I was informed by their sales rep that they do not accept small jobs (under 5000 sqf or less) and referred me with an associate number to contact. I contacted their referral. They never called me back. I ended up doing the work myself.

They are wonderful. They just come out 7 times a year, and they call the night before. I really appreciate their service. The guys are always friendly and helpful. The also will send over a guy to walk through your yard once a year for free to give advice and answer questions.

THIS COMPANY'S WEBSITE LOOKS EXTREMELY PROMISING. MY PLAN WAS TO TRY THEM OUT WITH LAWN AERATION AND THEN POSSIBLY HAVE THEM DO MORE WORK. I LEFT A VOICEMAIL MESSAGE ASKING THEM TO CALL ME BACK ABOUT AERATION SERVICES. THEY NEVER CALLED ME BACK. I'M TOO BUSY TO CHASE DOWN CONTRACTORS! THEY HAVE LOST OUT ON POSSIBLY MORE BUSINESS. I WENT WITH ANOTHER COMPANY THAT WAS IMMEDIATELY RESPONSIVE.

IT TOOK A WHILE TO GET AN ESTIMATE - APPARENTLY THE PERSON HANDLING IT WAS ILL. OTHERWISE, THE COMPANY HAS BEEN EASY TO REACH, ARRIVES ON TIME, AND IS VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEY LEAVE INFORMATION/INSTRUCTIONS ABOUT WHAT - IF ANYTHING - I SHOULD DO TO HELP THE LAWN (IE - WATERING, ETC.).

THEY HAVE DONE AN EXCELLENT JOB ON WHAT WE ASKED THEM TO DO.
