+ -1 moreAfter a referral from my neighbor I called Green Goddess for an estimate. I left a total of three messages and also messaged then thru Angie's List and nothing. My voice mails were precise and detail as well as my other messages. Very sad that in 2016 a business cannot use professional courtesy and return a call.

Description of Work: We hired them to take care of a lawn that was put in earlier this spring. They are doing a great job and bringing some life back into a lawn that was starting to look pretty rough. Their maintenance plans are very reasonable. We hope to use them for the next phase of our landscape project.

+ -1 moreI have used Green Goddess for over two years for lawn maintenance and have always been incredibly impressed with every aspect of their service. When I couldn't figure out what to do with a problematic front bed, I asked Kim to do what he thought he needed in the way of plantings, and he cleaned out the bed and chose and planted beautiful specimens for the area; additionally, the lawn was aging and in need of topsoil and re-sodding, and he and his crew did a magnificent job in every way. I couldn't be more pleased. The trees are trimmed and areas opened up. Neighbors stop me on the street to say how beautiful everything is! Thank you, Kim and Green Goddess!!!!! I couldn't be happier!!! I strongly recommend Green Goddess; they are efficient and thorough, and their professionalism is beyond reproach.
Description of Work: Added topsoil and re-sodded my lawn, recommended and placed plantings in a front bed, pruned bushes and several large trees, cleaned out underbrush, pressure washed driveway, entry way, back porch.

Description of Work: We've used Green Goddess for the past 5 years - Always a beautiful job. Price is fair - some may be lower and some may be higher...I'd say they are on the higher end, however they do a wonderful job and there is never an issue if someting needs to be changed during the time they are working. They have managed to rid us of some really problematic overgrowth and we're very happy!

Was very accommodating and getting the pressure washing completed the same day as the new sod was being placed (last minute request!). Will keep doing business with Kim and Green Goddess in the future.
Description of Work: Removed old grass, replaced topsoil and resodded the entire lawn. Then pressure washed the patio, driveway and sidewalk.

+ 0 moreThe two workers were amazing. They knew what they were doing and if we had a question, they responded with very knowledgeable answers. Very, very hard workers. Always punctual and service was provided in a very reasonable amount of time. The results were beautiful. Green Goddess was not the lowest bid, but not the highest either. We have had Green Goddess come out 2 other times since our first work was done for small gardening services. We really like the ability to call anytime and have them come out as the need arises. We will continue to use Green Goddess for our yard services. We will have them and quot;tackleand quot; the backyard next year.
Description of Work: We had 3 landscaping Companies from Angie's list come out (4 bids all together) and provide an estimate on our front yard. We felt the most comfortable and trust with Kim from Green Goddess, Inc.. Kim looked around, gathering measurements and ideas. Then, together we discussed his proposal. We liked his suggestion about bringing the edge out from the house by 2 feet and the type of plants that would work well. He quoted us a price on the dark beauty bark (with labor to spread the beauty bark) we requested to cover the entire front yard and on the other side of our driveway and use a product that would keep weeds down. The estimate also included weeding the flower beds, prune the emerald greens top and sides, iron treatment for the grass to kill the moss (a week before work was done), thatching the front lawn and over-seeding, planting another flowering bush, and clean up and haul to the dump.

Description of Work: They tore out the weedy sod that was there, old moldy roses and weeds and replaced it with a beautiful lush new lawn, new soil and mulch, pruned, cleaned out, and built two great garden beds. My yard is no longer the eye sore and is a beauty of the neighborhood.

+ -1 moreEverything went surprisinlgy well. The workers and owner showed up on time, did all the work as promised. They did require 1+ days to do the job as opposed to the 1 day estimated, but they did not charge any extra.

Description of Work: I called to get an estimate for yard work, specifically clearing brush and blackberries behind my house. After leaving a message, the call was returned nearly a week later. He indicated how busy he was and said he'd try to stop by some time and take a look. It's been two weeks and I haven't heard from him since. I had the job done by someone else.
