Went well, though took way longer than expected. Though that was not the fault of Garage Tech. They are easy to talk with and their prices were very fair.

Over the phone before the service was scheduled a series of questions were asked. They made a couple of suggestions, but also their recommendations. I went with what they recommended. It was perfect!

Job was handled efficiently, and afterwards both doors were operating properly. I had one door that would come all the way down, but would then go back up immediately. I had some sort of light interference on one of the sensors from a nearby window which required the positions of the sensors to be switched. The other door was operating in the proper manner but had a small shimmy just before it closed all the way. Door adjustments were made, things tightened and lubed, and door closes more smoothly now. The repairman did not try to sell me any new/expensive products.

The folks at Garage Tech were helpful from the initial phone call. After describing the problem, they felt confident they could fix it and gave a ball-park quote and were willing to come out immediately. We agreed on a scheduled time the next day, and Chris punctual, courteous, professional, and even though the problem was not what was initially expected, he was able to get creative to not only fix the door, but it is running better than it has in years. In addition, the price was right within the phone quote. Fantastic service. I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

We are very pleased with the quality of the garage doors and the installation work by Garage Tech. Chris came out to give us an estimate and took the time to answer our many questions. He also had a number of good recommendations. Over the next week we had several additional questions and Chris was always quick to get back to us with answers. The scheduling of the project went smoothly. We came up with a date that would work and they kept right to that date. Guy and Payton did the installation and were great. They made necessary adjustments where needed and did top level work. I felt they truly wanted to do their best effort. We would gladly use Garage Tech again and highly recommend them.

The company was great! They answered emails and calls quickly, and came out right away to show us our options. Chris was super nice and personable. He gave us a detailed quote and did not try to upsell anything. We bought the higher quality doors with insulation, and ordered them a few days later. Within a few weeks, they came out to install them. It took about half a day, and was quite complex with the new tracks, motors, doors, and cables, but everything was done well.

Had a spring fail under warranty with another company. But the price they wanted for labor / trip charge to replace the one spring was excessive. Found Garage tech and without any hassle, Chris gave me a really fair price on 2 springs (the right way to do it) and even tossed in the 10% Angie's discount. They were at my home within 90 minutes and did a great professional job. James, the tech, was thorough and made my door system like new. Had a bracket that keep pulling out and he replaced it with the correct one no charge. Super happy. Real pleasure.

Wonderfully! Work was done to coincide with our schedule, prompt and efficient installation. We try to use local people as much as possible and we couldn't be happier with the final product. The doors are insulated and the fit is perfect.
