The problem we had was the torsion spring broke around 5 am! They called me immediately after I posted a request! Their response was fast and very professional. They squeezed me into their appointment schedule the same day. They fixed it all within the SAME morning! I highly recommend them. I definitely am keeping this company within my contacts!

I received a quote soon after posting the job on Home Advisor. After accepting the bid, the work was scheduled promptly. The installer (James) estimated a 4-hour job, but it took him only 3. The work was done professionally: clean and works perfectly. I am very satisfied with my new openers and the work Garage Tech did. I will definitely use them in the future.

Chris was wonderful, great communication via email. I had to reschedule the day of because of a family emergency and he was able to fit me in a couple days later. The technician that installed the new garage door opener was very professional and went above and beyond to make sure we were completely satisfied with his work.
