Cleaning appointment not available or the days requested. Sent a total different day which was not convenient for me. I sent a new date and the cleaners showed up on the wrong day (3) cleaners sent. They said they wold call company and company would call me with new date selected. They did not call, but showed up again after I tried to confirm a date. Called and the lady was on vacation and the person who I spoke with could not change the time. Cleaners (2) arrived slightly after two and were very nice, competent and pleasant. They did a good job cleaning, but then they left shortly before 4 after only 2 hours each of cleaning. Problem is, I paid for 6 hours of cleaning. I have e-mailed the company twice, but received no answer. I would like my other two hours of service or a refund for those two hours. I want my money refunded or 2 more hours of cleaning. I paid for 6 HOURS received two cleaners for 2 HOURS each which equals 4 HOURS. I know they know the difference because they sent 3 cleaners out on the wrong day which would have covered 6 hours if they cleaned for 2. My frustration is magnified because I have received NO RESPONSE from the company.
Description of Work: Needed house cleaned for Thanksgiving holiday. Basic cleaning in a neglected house.

The roof was leaking and I had to call them. My neighbor and I put a tarp on right away and took care of that. The entire roofing job was an average job. It was supposed to be a one day job but it dragged on. It is yet to be completed and I am still haggling with them. The price has doubled now. The guys were horrible. They were fighting, yelling, and throwing stuff around. They finished the roofing. Then, they pulled the siding and trim up and left. Everything was piled on the roof. They didn't finish the job. I contacted the contractor and according to him, they could not work because it was hot. They were going to come back later and complete it. When they did, they put the siding back up and it looked horrible. The roof leaked and I lost a tenant because of the leakage in her apartment. I will never call them again.
Description of Work: I had my duplex re-roofed by the roofing company.

Bad. A job that was to take 1-2 days took 2-1/2 months. After applying plywood over old plywood the siding wouldn't fit. So it was just left in piles on the roof for about 14 days. Travis Hernandez the project manager didn't even the know how the job was left. Calls to him went unanswered, The office manager Steve D. started calling to settle up. When Travis did check in he asked if I had a "siding guy" who could finish up. Then they slapped the siding back up with flashing that were horrible. It was a poorly executed job, with unruly roofers that were unsupervised and did a poor job.
Description of Work: Poorly executed roofing job. The finish work was horrible. The price doubled and the roofers were completely unsupervised. I have letter from my tenants to support the unruly behavior and the fact that they left beer in the yard and a ladder to roof. The fact they had a beer is not the problem. but their behavior was. I observed them fighting and throwing plywood around. Project manager was totally disconnected from project and unable to receive calls. Holes were left in the siding. All the while Steve the office manager wants to be paid for a completed project.
