Description of Work: Igor and his son, Alex, laid new hardwood flooring in our kitchen/family room, feathering it in to existing hardwood flooring. They then refinished the old and finished the new so that you cannot tell where one begins and the other ends. They were prompt, courteous, efficient and a pleasure to work with, finishing a day ahead of schedule. The new floor is beautiful.

Description of Work: Igor and Katrina were great to work with. They showed up when they scheduled time and completed the job on time even though there was an unforeseen issue (breaker went out in our 220 line and had to be replaced). | |The price was better than most and they did a great job refinishing our hardwood floor and it now looks brand new again. Would definitely recommend using them.

Description of Work: Extreme Hardwood Floors sanded and refinished the hardwood floors in my kitchen, dining room, and entrance hall. They were responsive, timely, cost effective, and completed the work on schedule. I have not seen the completed job myself but my tenant and property manager both said the work was very well done. I would definitely use them again in the future.

Description of Work: If we could give an A+ we would!!! They were so fast at returning calls, came in with the best quote! Igor's work was impeccable! I felt so comfortable with them working on our home! As soon as we sell our home and buy our next house they will be the ones to do those floors!!!

 + -1 moreThey were very good. He and his wife showed up and brought a book and showed me samples of their work. They seemed very knowledgeable about what they were doing. I may go with them yet but I haven't had the floors done yet. I was very pleased with them. Their estimate was in line with some of the other estimates that I had gotten. They were very good people. They were professional and prepared.

 + -1 moreIgor, who is the owner of the Extreme Hardwoods, came out with his wife Katerina to bid the job. We did have other bids which were consistent with the bid we received from Extreme Hardwood. They were very patient in the bid process offering us both advice and various quotes for different jobs that we were interested in having bid. They provided us with advice on various types of wood as well as a the location of a showroom to see the different types of floors. When we settled on a quote and wood style they scheduled job. As part of this job we also wanted railings put in on a stairs case. I asked Igor if he worked with anyone and he introduced me to a person he knew. Once again that experience was excellent. In the end Igor used that person as a subcontractor when we accepted that portion of the bid. Igor installed the floors himself along with an assistant. They were very punctual and neat!! Igor obviously takes great pride in his work. I am always nervous about seeing the finished product but I we Igor's work surpassed our expectations. The floors and railings turned out beautifully! We have been extremely pleased with the entire process. Katerina has continued to communicate with us frequently to ensure that we were please with the job. It is a nice change of pace to see someone who takes such pride in their work and the satisfaction of their customers.
Description of Work: Removal of carpet and installation of cherry hardwood floors. Removal of half walls above and below staircase and replacing them with wood and wrought iron railings. Included the removal and replacement off all baseboards. The wood floors were installed in the dining room, living room hallway and master bedroom.
