+ -1 moreI have had housekeepers off and on for about 40 years, and I've never had a better experience than Euro-Hand. They are totally dependable and do a consistently good job. On occasions when I've needed to switch them to a different day because of our schedule, they have always been willing to shuffle their schedule to accommodate my request. They are available for special occasions, such as parties or events, and always do a wonderful job. They have a key to our home and know how to operate our security system, making their coming and going very convenient for me. They are totally trustworthy. I can recommend them without reservation.
Description of Work: Lech and Hannah are a husband-wife team who specialize in cleaning houses. They were recommended to me by a friend for whom they have worked for many years. They have been cleaning my house every two weeks since 2009. During that time, they have never missed a single time. They dust, vacuum, and thoroughly clean the bathrooms and kitchen, including floors.

+ -1 moreWe hired Euro-hand housecleaning service after reading their excellent reviews on Angie's List. Hanna and Kurczyn met with us to go over what we wanted them to do. They did it all (as they always do), resulting in a beautiful cleaned home. We have used them now for several months and find them meticulous in every way. They do all the work themselves and work very hard! The kitchen appliances and hardwood floor just shine so beaultifully as if new. They are very professional, especially compared to other house cleaning services we've had in the past. We highly recommend Euro-Hand!rigerator

+ -1 moreWhen we moved to Seattle, it was very challenging to find a cleaning service that matched the standard we were used to when we lived back east. My cleaning service then cleaned medical offices and we received the same impeccable standard when they came to my home. When I finally found Euro-Hand who was recommended by my friend, I knew they were a keeper. Euro-Hand has been working with me for close to one year now and they still ask me feedback on how things are going. They also let me know what they are seeking to improve..ie. they are still in search of the perfect product that would clean my stainless steel appliance the best, although I think that they already clean it so well. Another thing I love is that they also let me know how my dogs did while they were there. One of them is just terrified of the vacuum so they go out of their way to make him feel safe. My home SPARKLES and my pets are happy after they are done!
Description of Work: I have tried many cleaning services and I ended up frustrated since I had to cleanup areas they missed after they cleaned. Euro-hand Cleaning is the FIRST cleaning service that came to my home, walked every room with me to ask me, in detail, what I was looking to get cleaned. I laid out my expectations and they explained what was within the normal scope of work and which was an add on, so there are no surprises or expectations unmet. They were flexible in accomodating my requests which were not in their normal scope, because it mattered to me. We went thru products and cleaning tools to be used and what would work best for my home. After their first few visits, I received detailed feedback on what works and what needed to be tweaked. They are the first cleaning service that find that continuously ask me for feedback…so lacking in this service industry. They do a fabulous, meticulous and efficient job, CONSISTENTLY. This I find is an area where others fall short - to consistently deliver the same high standard of service, every time.
