+ 1 moreOur stated 3 week project took 4 months to complete, I had to initiate conversations regarding the missed schedule with contractor. Numerous delays were caused by materials brought to site not verified until the moment of use. Several items incorrectly ordered by contractor despite full set architectural drawings. Staff lied about installing insulation. Staff unaware of project scope at a detail level so they would punt ( bathroom floor doesn't align with adjacent floor finish now) or ask me. Assigned lead staff showed up a few times; actual daily lead staff inadequately skilled. Poor communication with subcontractor, tile subcontractor asked me what his work scope was. I had the sense no staff cared about the project's final quality, they just wanted it done. We got a quality project in the end but only because I was vigilant and demanded a higher standard from them.
Description of Work: Bathroom remodel, replace existing finishes and no structural work.
