Great quality and great communication, and we are very happy with the new patio in our backyard. Michael Nelson, the owner, returned my call within 24 hours to come give a bid. He was very helpful to help me understand my options for a patio, and his bid was very competitive with others. It was very helpful to follow his suggestion to choose a concrete color and stamp from Cadman Gravel in Woodinville instead of trying to find a pattern on the internet like others suggested. His team prepared the area and poured the concrete in the time frame they said they would. There were some minor issues after the pour that he immediately came himself and fixed; It was clear that he takes pride in his work, and ensures that it is done right. He returned 30 days after the concrete cured to seal it in 2 rounds, and left us some sealant for the future. I highly recommend Down Right Concrete for any concrete work.
