DON'S CARPET & UPHOLSTERY

I called Jeff to get a quote. He was very nice and spent a long time on the phone with me explaining the way they do things. On the day of job, he was about an hour late. That was the only bad thing I could say about him. But he explained why he was late (his battery was dead and he forgot to take my number with him so that he could not call) and he apologized sincerely. Everything well great after that. He spent five hours in my house. He was very detail-oriented and got all the stains out. He set up things underneath furnitures to prevent color bleach. He took time explaining to me why he did things certain ways. My carpet came out beautifully. So did my sofa. He got rid of drawings my 2-year-old did on the sofa.

We have light carpet, 2 kids and 2 cats. Jeff has done an amazing job of removing stains that I never thought would be possible. He is a hard worker and very thorough. I highly recommend his services!

Half of our house is carpeted in a creamy white colored carpet and we have pets so the carpet tends to get spots on it. We have had it for five years and there has never been a stain that he was not able to get out. The only thing that I don t like about them is that it takes two or three days to return my phone calls.

THIS IS THE SECOND TIME WE HAVE USED HIM. IN THE PAST HE UPHOLSTERED OUR CHAIRS. HE WORKS OUT OF HIS GARAGE, SO IT ISN'T FANCY, BUT HE IS ALWAYS BUSY, SO HE DOES GOOD WORK FOR A LOT OF PEOPLE.
