John is the best. Stable. Consistent. On time. Detail oriented. Cleaned up nicely. Excellent craftsman. He did a beautiful tile backsplash. Bathroom fan. Toilet.

Project was done in a reasonable timeframe and the new decking looks great. The price of the job was competitive and exactly what Jon estimated.

His estimate for time and materials to make repairs on inspection items was spot-on. Added cedar brace to front porch post and handrail, installed 5" LedgerLok ledger bolts to secure deck to house, removed two toilet extenders, reattached toilet seats with new seat bolts, purchased and installed new filter for furnace, installed two chimney caps with spark arresters, sealed downstairs shower surround on top and sides with cove molding and silicone, installed new carbon monoxide detector, installed economy shower heads in upstairs bathroom as they were missing.
