Description of Work: Great experience overall. We had them replace our end of life gas furnace in late March. Warren arrived on time for the bid, was competitively priced, and won our business based on his deep expertise and product knowledge. Warren kept us informed on additional areas of work that would be beneficial to consider, took the time to physically show us, and walked through various options from do nothing to having all potential issues addressed - without hassle or pressure. Come installation time, all work was done to time and cost and to our (admittedly high) expectations - Warren truly is a craftsman and perfectionist. We are having them come out again in June to identify additional areas where we can be more efficient.

Description of Work: The project started with the furnace air cleaner needing replacement - that was the easiest part. After inspecting the duct work in the furnace room, more work needed attention especially the flex tube that should have been attached to main duct - it was NOT attached by over 5 inches - who knows how much energy, inefficiency, and dollars this wasted ! Warren is a professional and the new sheet metal design has increased air flow.
