 + -1 moreNot only does Joe do excellent work but he is great to work with. He worked around our hectic remodeling schedule. Was there when he said he would be and was done in a timely manner. He also noted a little addition in the living room was done in maple in stead of oak. He knew right away what needed to be done and was able to replace it flawlessly. I know it was the beautiful flooring that helped sell the home! It was stunning when you walked in the home. Clean and bright!
Description of Work: Joe did exceptional work on my private home several times. The first time when we were building in 1992 he put in all hardwood flooring in my dining and kitchen area. Several years ago I had him back to put in the flooring in my living room and upstairs landing. Out with the carpet, in with hardwood! Beautiful. Last summer we were remodeling a rental home to get ready to sell. I called Joe!Underneath the ugly carpet was old oak flooring. He came in and refinished the whole living room and 3 bedrooms. Beautiful again!

 + -1 moreJoe did an excellent job. We had no dust or cleanup when the floors were done. Our house is 90 years old and the floors look brand new. They are beautiful. We would highly recommend Joe to our family and friends. We have already talked to him about refinishing our upstairs.

 + -1 moreIt went very well. Joe and his son began the job on time, finished ahead of schedule and they were right on budget. He also suggested ways for us to save money by doing some of the grunt work ourselves.
Description of Work: Joe refinished our existing hardwood floors and installed hardwood floors in our kitchen. The refinishing included sanding, filling and finishing with a Swedish finish.
