+ -1 moreI HAVE FOUND JIM WATKINS TO BE A VERY PROFICIENT SURVEYOR WHO COVERS MOST EVERY DETAIL. I ALSO FIND HIM TO BE VERY RESPONSIVE TO CORRECTIONS. HE IS ALSO A VERY PLEASANT INDIVIDUAL TO WORK WITH.
