This was a challenging job from an "engineering" perspective because we had to get the slope just right for a very low clearance sports car for our new garage. In addition, we were nervous about it blending in with the existing driveway. Rich nailed it. He was on time. He manages his crew well. His attention to detail is outstanding. He educates and answers questions. We have worked with a huge number of vendors and contractor types. I would say about 5% of all the vendors do exactly what they say, show up promptly, do high quality work and exceed expectations. Rich and company are one of those in the top percentile. It seems in this day and age alot of vendors and contractors want a gold star just for showing up and doing the work, not necessarily doing it well or on budget or on time. It's so nice to find one where everything goes like clockwork and expectations are exceeded. This review was delayed but well deserved.

Rich the owner is terrific. Been doing this for 35 years and he knows his stuff. From the get go the communications were excellent. He came out and gave us an estimate which was close to what we ended up with. Answered all our questions - and there were many - very patiently. Gave us examples of streets to look on to see similar driveway finishes...that way we had a good idea of what we'd get. Driveway looks fantastic. Rich was a pleasure to work with and I recommend him to anyone looking for a new driveway.

Rich is the owner of All Concrete. He gave me the estimate and was on sight throughout the project. The estimate was the lowest of the 4 companies I contacted and who looked at the job. Importantly, Rich understood a utility easement within that part of Kenmore and prevented us from making a costly mistake. He handled the review with Kenmore, too. In my estimation, it was a big job as a root had fractured the driveway and had to be removed. At our request, he installed a channel drain. Rich knew we were preparing to put the house on the market. We had never worked with concrete or a project like this and he explained all facets of it. The finished driveway is beautiful. We have been getting compliments on it. The crew kept the work site neat and cleaned up every day before they left. I know the neighbors appreciated the street being tidy. Rich was great to work with and especially helpful to us because we did not know anything about driveways. he has our highest recommendation.

The job went well, as expected, but I was mostly impressed by Rich's professionalism and work ethic. He is prompt, very knowledgeable, and an all-around pleasure to work with. When I called for a bid, he returned my call promptly. When he came to bid, he talked through the job and was patient with my questions. He made helpful recommendations that in the end we opted to do. And when I called with more questions, he always called back. And while his bid wasn't our least expensive, I chose him for these very reasons. He was 100% reliable, solid, and very fair. Amazing customer service and takes pride in his work...highly recommend.

All concrete surfaces was very professional, on time and did an excellent job in fixing a section of our patio that had sunk/cracked. He demolished the concrete that was damaged, removed it and then re-poured it with a stronger foundation and angle. Rich did a great job and we would highly recommend him to others. /

All Concrete surfaces LLC were prompt, courteous, and did exactly what they said they would do. Richard and his crew did a wonderful in removing our old front porch and walkway. They were professional and courteous, and worked with us to design a new wider front porch and curved walkway. They gave us a fair estimate, and the final bill was exactly what the estimate listed. After our experience, I would recommend All Concrete Surfaces without hesitation.

We called Rich and he came right over (his office is minutes from our house). We definitely needed a new driveway and wanted to discuss an RV area. Rich came out (and even called to say he'd be late). We REALLY liked him. He said he'd send us a quote within a few days. Two days letter I got another email saying I'd get the quote in 2 days (it was also to come in writing, but never did). I called and/or emailed Rich 4 more times. I'm not sure what happened, but we were very disappointed.

When Rich came to give me an estimate for the job, it was clear he knew what he was talking about, was very low key, and also made suggestions about the surface I might like and the color that would match my stone walkways. I asked for and got a list of projects with different finishes so I could actually see the results. Once I had viewed these properties, I decided on the brush finish with black lamplight that would give the surface a bluish hue that matched my stone walkways. Rich, Keri, and Joe performed the work, and throughout the process I could tell they were very detailed oriented, assessed the need for additional drainage, and what product to use (22' drain across the entire width of the driveway) that would look nice and ensure the rain would not come into my garage, and how to slope the driveway from garage to the drain and then from drain to slope up to the street. I love the results. It is just what I needed and more than I envisioned the finished product would be. Rich clearly expresses his artistic abilities in his work. Watching all of them work so well as a team made me confident I would get the best driveway possible, and I was right!

Rich came out to the house for the estimate, we discussed to job in great detail. He was thorough, candid and very focused on the details. He was very concerned about making the project something that exceeded my expectations. His work was outstanding and we would definitely recommend him. I have already given his contact information to two different people who have concrete projects then want to complete.

Highly recommend! Rich came out on a Saturday to look at what needed to be done and I had the bid the next day. He stayed in touch and worked with the arborist I hired. I had never had to do anything like this before and he walked me through every step. His professionalism and amazing communication were over the top.

It went "Very Well" from start, to finish. Rich came to my home on a Sunday to look at my backyard. He provided a written estimate, and also a timeline as to when each of the tasks would be completed. (He met them all) Attention to detail showed in the work preformed. He was also onsite through the whole process. Cleanup was outstanding. He also shaved a couple of inches off the bottom of the gate to accomodiate the height of the newly poured.concrete,. My neighbor was going to use pavers in his yard. After looking at the work that ALL CONCRETE SURVICES did for me. He has now decided to use them as well. "A JOB WELL DONE." Thank you Rich & Crew. Everything was easy and as promised from the quoting process through the completion of the actual job. I especially liked how detailed their bid was. I didn't need to follow-up with a lot of questions as I did with the other bid I received. Rich and the team he brought with him were courteous, friendly and didn't mind an occasional visit from a curious kid or two. I had a pretty quick timeline for having the work completed and Rich worked hard to fit me in his schedule so it would work with mine. The finished product is just as we discussed.

All Concrete Surface did a great job on our patio extension. They came over and provided a free, written estimate of the work and then scheduled the job within a week. They showed up on-time and completed the work as requested. I would recommend them for any concrete work.

I emailed the contractor on the 17th of April. Contractor emailed back on the 18th saying someone will get in touch with me for estimate however no one has ever called or emailed.

I was impressed by this contractor from estimate to finished project. He returned calls promptly, was on time to appointments, and kept me informed on the date he expected to do the actual concrete pour based on the weather forecast. He was on site, working alongside his crew, every time they were here. He worked with me to come up with a way to handle some small issues pertaining to existing concrete footings, and he was careful to explain each step in the entire process. Our property was cleaned up each time work was done, and he came back one last time to pick up all of the excess concrete before he considered the job done. The finished patio is beautiful and is exactly what we expected. We'll be enjoying it for many years to come.

This job consisted of removing an old asphalt floor in semi-enclosed storage area. Rich advised installing rebar along the concrete footing on top of the outside rock retaining wall and the house foundation. This was a good idea as the footing was shifting due to settlement of the retaining wall under it. They tied every thing together with a rebar grid and laid in 4 inches of concrete. Work was done promptly and done well. Price was very reasonable

They did a very nice job. It was done on September 21st of 2012. It was about $2250 in total for the job but they did the job right. I haven't used them before. I actually spoke to someone who was cheaper than them by $500 but I wasn't sure if they knew what I anted. The guy who came out was actually the owner and I specifically made a request and he understood what I was talking about. He said he knew what my problem was and he knew what he wanted.

This is the second job that Rich and his crew have done for me. Two years ago in 2011 I selected him to replace my driveway based on other Angie's List reviews. They did an excellent job then, and again this time when they replaced my driveway approach. I have to give extra kudos to Rich for this job because we ran into an uncooperative city inspector with a chip on his shoulder whose actions delayed the project several times. Since the driveway approach joins with the street, a street use permit and inspection was required. We eventually found out from the inspector's supervisor that the delays were unnecessary. Throughout the whole thing Rich was calm and professional and came up with several solutions to stay close to my budget despite the unwarranted demands of the inspector, which also affected Rich's schedule and his other jobs. There was never a time when I was wondering what was going on because Rich always kept me updated and did his best to move forward with the job. If you're reading reviews and looking for a concrete contractor who has fair prices and impeccable work, you can stop reading. I know this sounds like an advertisement, but you can't go wrong with All Concrete Surfaces. They replaced my ugly, broken driveway in 2011 then replaced my just as ugly driveway approach in 2013. Both jobs look fantastic. I couldn't be happier with the results.

I am very pleased with the results. The whole process was painless and very professionally performed.

I had a badly cracked driveway. I called and Rich came out and gave me a estimate to have my cracked driveway broken up, removed, and a new aggregate driveway poured. The quote came back with a fair price and a three day estimate for the work. There would be an additional week for the driveway to cure before any cars could be driven or parked on it. About three weeks later I agreed to the work and Rich came by one more time to refresh his memory of the scope of the work to be done. The crew arrived at the expected time and the work progressed without any surprises. They were very professional and cleaned up the job site daily. The driveway looks great and I am very please with the results. The aggregate is smaller in size which I think looks better than the original. I would highly recommending All Concrete Surfaces and would use them again for any further concrete work I may need.

In a word, GREAT. Rich was one of the only contractors that actually came to my house, looked over the driveway and gave me a proper estimate. Others I contacted gave me an estimate over the phone or failed to show up when they stated they would. Call me old fashioned 'but I like it when someone eyeballs the project before they give me an estimate, I don't want any surprises sprung on me at the last minute with a corresponding increase in the bill. The driveway turned out well and we also had drains run under the driveway which also turned out well. Rich was able to make recommendations and talk my husband out of a couple of things that would have cost us extra and were unnecessary. Pros: -on time -well priced -good workmanship -did not think my job was too small, and therefore unworthy of his time -and BEST of all Rich is a GREAT communicator You'll never be left wondering when you'll see him and what he'll be doing on any day of your particular job.

Rich was great. It took a couple days for him to return our call, but considering he is out on each jobsite the return call was prompt. He did a great job working with my husband who is very particular. He discovered that the existing slab had no reinforcement and was poorly poured. It ranged from less than 1/2 inch thick in places to over three (3) inches in others. He explained exactly what he would be doing and when. He wanted certain weather conditions to ensure optimal curing for the exposed aggregate. He was willing to use a smaller rebar grid upon my husbands request at no extra charge. Did an excellent job tying the new slab into the existing. The finish work was impeccable. When we need the rest of the driveway replaced, the entry steps, or any other concrete work in the future we will be using All Concrete Surfaces. We would have no issue referring them to friends and family.

It was an exceptional job, from start to finish. Rich and his team were very professional, knowledgeable, and nice to work with throughout the whole job. Rich gave me regular updates on the work and their schedule and called to check in on the work during the project to make sure I was satisfied. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing concrete work done. Many of my neighbors have already asked for the name of the company.

My experience with Rich and his crew could not have been any better. Very professional and punctual. Despite being booked a couple weeks out Rich was able to work with my schedule and complete the job right away. The driveway extension was an addition to a existing exposed aggregate driveway so matching to grade and look of the pea gravel was important to me and they nailed it! Price was very reasonable for the high quality of work. I would have no reservations recommending All Surfaces Concrete to anyone.

Rich and his crew were very professional, conscientious, punctual and courteous. They even tolerated minor "nitpicking." The workmanship is outstanding and we will certainly recommend them to others.
