No response after three weeks. I can understand that summer is the busy season for outdoor construction, but at least they should be able to take 5 minutes to return a call and say they are booked up.

Rich is very professional and prompt. Everything happened when he said it would. His pricing is a little over the average but well worth it in the saved headaches. It finished on time and on budget.

Last year he did my aggregate sidewalk and steps and I was happy. This year Rich and the crew worked hard, were polite and friendly. He suggested the tint (light gray) to blend better with the aggregate borders. When I was concerned about the looks of the drying concrete he returned my call promptly and relieved my concerns.

We're very satisfied with the work by Rich and his crew. The new driveway looks great.

They did a great job on all fronts. Very responsive in going through the bid process, and in that early process went above and beyond by recommendeding some excellent design elements to be considered and helped identify other contractors I needed for added brick work. They then implemented the job very professionally, very timely, great quality, cleaned up after themselves, looks great, and has held up perfectly. Excellent people to work with.

Rich rescued us from a concrete nightmare! He really did a great job and saved our house. He did everything to perfection and his price was right on. He was clean and neat and really helped us.

The job was scheduled 6 weeks in advance. The summer months are obviously their busiest season. They started right on schedule. It took them about 1 1/2 weeks to complete to entire task. It was broken up into four different pours. They had some trouble pouring the largest slab. It was curing too quickly to put in the expansion joints while the concrete was still soft enough. This forced them come back the second day and saw them in. This has caused these joints to look differently than the ones in the other slabs but is really a minor detail. They cleaned up nicely when they were done. The whole patio project looks lovely. They weren't the least expensive bid, but the professionalism and presentation during the bidding process convinced me that they were the right choice.

I'm very pleased with the work. The crew arrived on time each time and cleaned up when finished. They even came back to check on the project after the fact to make sure I was happy (on the driveway part). My expectations were met on price and exceeded on quality and professionalism. I'll be using them again for another project.

Unable to comment on how well All Concrete Surfaces would have done the job since they never returned any of the initial phone calls. They left me with the impression they weren't the least bit interested in our business. In the future, I wouldn't even waste the time making phone calls to them.

The process went well. The work was done in December which made it difficult due to weather. However, the crew did what they needed to do including building a shelter with heaters to make sure the final project turned out well. We're quite happy with the work. We could have paid more and we could have paid less, but the price was certainly fair considering the quality of the work.

Rich and his crew were on time and dealt positively with unplanned obstacles. The exisitng concrete was significantly deeper than typically installed and took much longer to demolish and remove. The crew was very meticulous in the finish work taking time to saw cut areas to prevent cracking; fill in cracks; paint grout lines, and ensure that the stamped concrete looks like natural stone and brick. The end result is spectacular and has added value to our home and lifestyle.
