+ -1 moreIt has been months since I engaged Billy Wilson to do this work. He said he had ordered the hinges. Then he began to come up with excuses to finish the work. First it was he had childcare issues. Then he said he had Covid. Now he is saying he had shoulder surgery. I would like a refund of the money paid. I have lost patience and confidence that he can do this work.
