We were very impressed with the knowledge and care the workers took doing our home. They explained everything to us as they went and answered all questioned we had, I would recommend them to anybody. I was amazed at how much warmer our home was after they were done. I did not realize that the cleaning would do this.

The owner arrived on time and was very courteous the job was complete in under 2 hours. And explained every step of the process and was happy to answer any questions I had. Would hire again

They responded quickly and able to schedule cleaning within a couple of days. Was hoping dryer vent cleaning would resolve dryer problem but sadly that was another issue. Relieved to have vent clean. Guessing it had never been done since built in 1997.

I hired West Coast Vac last year to do my ducts and dryer vent. They also did my in-laws dryer vent. This year I had them come out and do my in-laws heating ducts. They always do an amazing job

Quick to respond to my request and easy to schedule. They came out and got the work done quickly and professionally. Got a new filter from them and am very happy with the quality of work. They didn't make a mess and were able to get approximately 10lbs of dust out of our vents! Would definitely hire them again!

Ducts in 16-year-old mfd home had never been cleaned. Matt and Brandon showed up when promised. They described exactly what they would be doing and how before proceeding. The ducts were filthy, judging from the sounds that clumps of accumulated dust made when passing through the suction hose. We noticed a reduction in fan noise the next time the furnace ran.

Brandon and Matt arrived on time and worked together as a team proficiently. They were easy to work with and they worked thoroughly throughout the house being very respectful of our ivory carpets. They cleaned our ducts including our Dryer duct and the furnace itself. Overall, it was a great experience and we look forward to having them back according to their maintenance schedule recommendations.

My home air ducts had not been cleaned since being built in 1988 as evidenced by a soda can found during the cleaning that had a date stamp of 1988. I took before and after pics to show the wife and wish there is to attach them here. Anyway, the two young men that own the business were very professional and prompt calling if they could come dinner than promised as they were finished with a customer in my area. They came over explained all the things they were going to do and prices. These young men are doing a slam-up job no “Snowflakes” for sure, they are in it to win it, your business that is. Please give them a call, you won’t be disappointed. Give young entrepreneurs a leg up for good prices and honest work. They have a lot of competition from large established franchises, but they hustle and are price comepetitive.

Matt & Brandon were fantastic! They were communicative - calling a day in advance to confirm appointment and also calling day of to let me know they were running early. They got to work right away and finished my 2100 sq ft home within an hour or so. The process was explained to me as they went along and they also offered tips on how to keep our ducts clean longer. No mess was made. I'm very pleased with the service. I had called other companies for price comparisons and West Coast was by far the best price and they were able to get me in sooner than others. Price is based on number of vents/registers. In addition to the cleaning I also opted for the optional sanitation. I would recommend their services and would hire again.

Both Brandon and Matt were great at answering all our questions. I had a lot of questions about cleaning out heating ducks as there is so much bad press out there about it. I could not believe the dust that came out of the ducks. It's helped my chronic couch and dust in the house. I also have a long run for my dryer vent and it was a good thing to have it cleaned out. Their price was so worth the peace of mind of having a clean dryer vent for both my in-laws and my family by a company that does such great work. I recommend them to anyone.

The service itself was good and the owner and staff were nice. We feel that what we were sold at the Washington state fair and what we paid in the end were two different things. Our final bill was $415 we were told it would probably be around $250. We have has friends and family pay half the price and had amazing service and happy with the results. I felt we were sold the dream and they serviced a nightmare.

I usually get a special from them at the fair, so it’s usually about $100. I keep going back to them. I don’t know what they are like compared to anybody else, but I’m happy with the work they do. Usually 3 or 4 people come out to do the work. It usually takes about 2-3 hours. They do what I pay them to do. They do a good job.

Good job but forgot to bring a ladder high enough for the dryer vent. They used mine.

Branden and Matt arrived on time. They looked through the house, answered the many questions we had and gave us points on how to keep some of our problems from coming back. I have had allergy? problems for quit some time when I was in the house. I am feeling better and don't have the problems I was having. Branden and Matt were the best workers we have had to work around the house. It was a great experience.

Good overall. The crew showed up on time and performed the services requested. They even sent pictures of the items before and after. Decent value for base duct cleaning, but adding on services recommended when crew on site feels steep. Essentially doubling cost for only minimal extra labor.
