They were great

Had to call to ask when they were arriving when the appointment time came and went. They arrived about 2 hours later. Originally told it would be 3 - 4 hours of work, but they were at my home for double that time - 7 hours. Not sure why it took so much longer, as there wasn't a lot of moss to remove. Appeared to be training an assistant?

Did not have a huge job so hard to judge. Showed up when they were suppose to and charged a very fair price. May have them come back and do windows.

Great job cleaning roof and house. Detail for cleanup process could be better.

On time, great results.

Just that I was lucky to find an opening and have them come help... it was a much-needed godsend.

Very Professional, well equipped truck. Cleaned the heavy moss off the composition roof and cleaned and repaired the gutters. Started the job on 11/19/18 and came back to complete on 11/20/18. Great clean up and no extra charge for repairing a few gutter issues that popped up. Honest guy. Will refer him to my friends.

Due to an unexpected death in the family, we were going to have unexpected company. We called and he was willing to come on his way home from his scheduled day to get our windows finished before our company arrived. He provided prompt, courteous, professional service and our windows look amazing. I would highly recommend this father/son team to do your windows.

Cleanup was abbreviated, leaving gutter debris strewn about. Service was prompt.

My only problem was a lack of communication, it would have been nice to have a call ahead notice for when they were showing up.

Value vs price was very good. Excellent performance in getting tasks done, even continuing to work during an hour long rain storm. Cleanup after the job was very good and the service received was excellent.
