Brian answered my inquiries right away. We set up a meeting for an estimate to clean my roof and he answered all of my questions to my satisfaction. On the morning of the job he called to check in to let me know what time he would be here. He did an excellent job. My neighbor was so impressed with the finished product she asked for his contact. I plan to hire him again in the future.

Not only was he an hour late (after the phone call saying he was late), he did not wipe (clean) the tracks of windows. Said he *swept hem with his finger.* Also, threw everything he cleaned out of the gutters into my front and back lawn and left it there! I wrote and asked that he come clean up his mess and got no response. He completely missed two gutters and now I have to clean them myself because the rain is falling. Also, the gutters that he cleaned there were junk. He finally came back and cleaned them.

From where I can view it (from the ground), the roof looks good. I'm glad I chose his company. I would definitely ask them to come back in a couple of years.
