Brian did a great job cleaning our windows and will hire him again. He gave us a reasonable rate. He also does roof and gutter cleaning that we are considering doing in the future. You won't be discouraged.

Brian & his team went out of their way to get to us quickly. We bought a new home, and the previous owner was supposed to leave it clean. It was anything but! We were under a tight deadline before our belongings were delivered by the moving company, and we really wanted a top-to-bottom clean home before our things fell into place. Brian & his team came out same day to estimate the job, and within 2 days to complete it! Everything was clean so I could focus on interior repairs & unpacking. Great job!

He came in did the job at 2 hours it took 5 hours but he only charged me for 2. He went above and beyond the call of duty.

Brian came to my house and provided a very professional estimate of how he would clean my roof and gutters. He also explained why he did not pressure wash but instead used a different approach so as to not remove the granules off the tiles that are used to reflect heat and without them your roof will lose life. I hired him and he came out on the date agreed to and on time. He said it would take about 4-5 hrs. My house is 2600 SF. He actually stayed closer to eight hrs to ensure it was done completely and clear of all moss and dirt. Save yourself the time and energy of looking for other vendors and just hire Suko Enterprises as his company does an excellent job.

Did exactly what he said he would do, in the time line set up

They didnt use a power washer (and thats what I wanted!) but didnt know a better category for roof cleaning. They have done several roofs for us - and they were bad jobs... high pitch, heavy moss but they turned out better than expected and very happy with the work.

He did a great job on my roof which hadn't been cleaned in years. It still looks great six months later. I plan to have him back for regular maintenance.

Friendly people, but work was not thorough. "Hit and miss." I had to go back and complete what was missed or done inefficiently.

Arrived on time. Bid for roof cleaning was reasonable. Great communication skills and knowledgeable about the care and maintenance of the roof.
