the gas valve installation - 5.0 - took 2 hrs. the natural gas to propane conversion was completed in 3.5 hrs. , but did not adjust the oven burner air gate which I ended up fixing myself. These two jobs were bid at $260. The first cost $197. because of a part change I requested. The second cost $244. because of not having the right tool for one of the stove burners. the problem occurred 2nd visit when the convection oven fan configuration would not allow the stove to go all the way back - because of an 220 volt electrical box. I asked that the anti-tip bracket be moved forward 5 inches to clear the box but the installer wanted the box moved. So I loosened the romex cable hold attachment and let it hang free. telling the installer - I would contact an electrician to fix the problem correctly.

On time, diagnosed the repair quickly and finished the repair with an affordable solution. Communication was great!

Frank came out on a Sunday, a few days before Christmas. He was very friendly and professional. I highly recommend this company and will hire again.
