Description of Work: We used Roads Paving WA LLC for our driveway.

Description of Work: Replaced driveway - they did an excellent job installing however they moved their equipment into our garage and left a mess and they should have cleaned up better after themselves - they also left the street a complete mess

Description of Work: Removed old asphalt & hauled it away and put down a new driveway for us. |It was done in a timely manner and they all did good work |We will be having this company back in May to do the sealing of our driveway so it will last a very long time.

Description of Work: Norm and his crew did an outstanding job. When I first met Norm, he gave me a quote after he explained everything to me, at which point I told him that I was going to shop around a bit to do my dudiligence on the price. He said that thats exactly what I should do and there was no high pressure sales tactic. Once I shopped around, I realized that Norms prices were fair and near the lowest, but I chose him because he sounded honest and knew what he talked about. When the day came for the actual job, his crew showed up on time, with all the equipment, ready to work. I didn't recognize them due to the shear number of guys he brought. I thought it was a construction crew for another job. I left for work that day and when i came back, I couldn't believe how nice my house looked and it was all because the Driveway looked so nice. I can't wait to get home everyday to park on my new driveway and its all because of the outstanding job Norm and the Guys at Roads Paving did.

Description of Work: They did an excellent job for us July 2013 and June 2014. They removed our old asphalt ,some of it 18-24" thick, graded our driveway with 11/4" rock then fine graded it for proper pitch and water flow then put down 2" base coat and 2" topcoat and curbs plus a lite seal coat. This was a large 4 day project that took 10 men ,3 large dump trucks, track hoe.2 bobcats and lots of paving equipment to accomplish. | |Roads Paving did an excellent job and the owner Norm had many helpful suggestions that improved the job .His staff are well trained and hard working. I would recommend them for any size job.

Description of Work: The only thing that I would ask of them is for a written estimate of what the actual cost of job would be. My husband showed them the small area that we were looking at to be paved and they started in on the project. I had to leave for family emergency but told my husband that the project must only be what I had purchased as they didn't say it would be more than $500.00. When they presented the bill my husband called me right away and ask if I had negotiated a price for the job. Luckily we had the money available in savings as they did a wonderful job. But I have learned I need to ask what the actual cost will be.

Description of Work: Apply blacktop to driveway. The driveway had some problems after the work was completed. Holes appeared and the situation got worse over time. To their credit, they did return and remove the bad areas and applied new asphalt. So far, the driveway is in good condition. I would use them again.
