Pressure washing of driveway, concrete patio, sidewalks was great; they looked new. Soft washing of home's vinyl siding was done with great care and attention to detail. John addressed my concerns and explained what the process would be. Overall a good experience and job well done.

John runs a fantastic, beyond-honest company. I first contacted him when I needed an emergency drywall repair. I recently found out a pipe that lead to an outdoor faucet had burst over winter, so I needed to get someone out quickly to repair that. On top of this, I had guests coming to stay during the upcoming weekend, and this pipe went through our guest bedroom. The best way for me to communicate was via text, and John was very responsive. I described my soon-to-be drywall problem, and based on that alone, he was able to quote me a very fair price and get me scheduled the day after the plumbers came to do their work. During the pipe repair, the plumbers cut their first hole in the wrong spot, and ended up leaving two holes in my drywall. I took photos and texted them to John. He showed up on the day of our appointment and patched and painted both holes. You couldn't even tell any work had been done. Also, he did all of this in the same day, and for the original price quoted to me! Truly a stand up guy and business. Would not hesitate to contact John again next time I need help with drywall/sheetrock work!

John is exceptionally dependable and professional. It was a relatively large job that took several weeks of drywall installation and repair and then painting. He took care to protect floors and was responsive to all my requests. When an area needed a little touch up, he quickly came back out and corrected it. He and his team really seem to care about the quality of their work.

John was rapid to respond to my request and was able to stop by next day to gather what he needed for a quote. His quote was very reasonable and under what my insurance claim was. He gave me an appointment 2 days after we agreed on the quote and was on time for the repairs. He went ahead on his own to grab an extra guy for the job, so that the repairs could be done within the morning time frame. He went well beyond on the repairs that we agreed upon and repaired/patched more area than needed because he wanted to make sure it was done right. I highly recommend this business and will be using them again if I need more work done on my house. They done more than enough to make me a satisfied customer.

John was very easy to work with! He responded quickly to my correspondence, and was on-time and punctual. There were a few snafus along the way (as is expected with any job), but he was quick to find a solution and always kept me updated on the timeline of our project.

My entire experience with the Regal Drywall was seamless. After making the initial connection with John, he was able to come within a day to see the project. The estimate was provided quickly and after analyzing a few bids I went with Regal. The execution of the project went quickly over 2 weeks such that I'm able to paint and get my house back in order for the next weekend's SuperBowl party. One of the more complex project aspects was blending in the new drywall with the existing textured walls and ceilings in each of the rooms and it came out really good.

Excellent service and quality work, we had to have the entire ceiling repainted to match and it looks great.....like nothing ever happened. They were careful not to damage anything and did what they said they would, when they said they would. I would call them again!

I had an unexpected leak in my kitchen. John came out after the plumber made the repairs, giving me a very fair estimate. He was able to fit me into his schedule, especially around the busy time holiday repair rush. When the work was done he cleaned up after himself and left. I am very pleased with the workmanship.

My small project was done quickly and turned out great. They were flexible with my time schedule. Did a great job explaining what they were going to do. Cleaned up very well after.

I had water leaks in an upstairs bath that damaged the ceiling in the kitchen/family room, and a prior repair had left the texture uneven in some places so we decided to retexture the whole area. John and his crew did a Great job. His response was a quick to my request for estimate and he fit my job into his schedule very quickly. The Crew showed up right on time each day and did a great job with the repair, texture and even clean up. Would definitely use again.

Very short on the phone. Said he was driving and just wanted me to text him. Said he would be at my place at 9 am. He never showed up or called.

Terrible. The contract said they would replace all rotted wood in the deck and in the fence. They did a few beams of the fence (that I already had) and a maybe 20 cedar slats. There were probably 50 or more that should have been replaced. The deck they just replaced a few of the planks and facade, but you could see more rot in the support beams and more of the planks. They refused to consider further work. They painted over blistering paint on the deck. We had to hire another guy to do the further repairs, and repaint. The landscaping they just put beauty bark down on top of existing weeds, so within a week the weeds were already popping up. They put gravel next to the driveway for an additional parking spot, but they didn't dig down or anything, so it was raised up in a messy looking manner. They also were to put in a path from the back porch to an area further back with a concrete pad. They just threw down gravel over the grass, again not digging down or laying any weed barrier or anything. We had to hire another person to at least put some plastic edging between the gravel and the rocks. Terrible landscaping and fence and deck repair. Very rude to us and our realtor. Owner acted like an eight year old bully with name calling. He did a wonderful job in a previous hire for drywall, which is why we hired him for the rest. He also did a good job with the power washing of the driveway, back patio, house, and tree house. Do not hire him for landscaping, or for fence or deck repair.

Good Framing, drywall and siding was put in to take out a sliding glass door and put in a regular entry door. Removed a few wall sections and extended/added a few. Removed popcorn ceiling and patched hole where 6" recessed lights were. Removed soffit and put up ceiling.

I expected this process to be painful and expensive, but I was more than pleasantly surprised! Communication was excellent, and price was fair. I needed the work done quickly, and John was more than accommodating....work started and finished within a week! I would highly recommend, and would use again with no question!

John did an excellent job patching and painting the ceiling drywall. He was always there when he said he would be, quick and efficient. . .thumbs up!
