Work went smoothly. Workers were diligent, courteous, neat and respectful of floors and furnishings. Company owner is extremely helpful in all respects as a businessman, craftsman and in working with the customer to meet all requirements. AAA rating.

There's not much to tell since it all went so smoothly. Extensive damage to Wall where we took off the wall boarder. all the texturing was coming off. cannot see where the holes were and texturing looks just right!

John (owner) was wonderful. He came by to give an estimate the same day I called and the crew started the job the next day. Honest and fair. The quote I received is what I paid. George and Jay were on time and professional.

Did an outstanding job repairing damage, re textured the whole wall so it would blend nicely. Came back and painted the wall, we supplied the paint the next day. quality workmanship , clean very clean. If he need arises I will call them again.

John was available to meet the project schedule, showed up when he said he would and the job looks great. His price was competitive and was very professional. I would definitely use him again.

He was right on time, did the work in the time frame estimated.

Very good - have a rental that needs to be refubished I will be contacting them in next few months

I replaced all the sheetrock in my kitchen as part of a kitchen remodel. However, I did not feel confident I could do a professional texture job, so I had Regal Drywall do that for me. They came and looked at the job quickly, gave me a fair, but not cheap quote, and returned on time a few days later to do the job. The work was excellent. However, after it was done I discovered a mistake in my sheetrock work. So I had to remove some of the texture to rework my mistake. Then I called Regal Drywall back to reshoot the area that I reworked. In spite of the fact that it was my error, Regal did the touch-up texture job and would not accept any money for the extra work. That goes beyond normal expectations, so I am more than satisfied and would use them again.

On time, easy to work with, did other work I had while mud was drying. Paid extra for more time beyond the deal package, but well worth it!

They did excellent work for a reasonable price. They worked quickly, but not at the expense of good quality. They entire job was finished in 4 days, including working 1 day on the weekend. They were professional and responsive and I would work with them again..

They finished early and discounted the final bill because they could use my paint.

John and his co-workers came out to a property that we were in the process of purchasing for our business to give us a bid for dry-wall services. He and his co-workers took the time to take measurements, ask us questions and gave us information regarding different types of dry wall that could be installed. They were very professional, down to earth and trustworthy. Unfortunately the sale of the property (a short sale) was held up by the sellers bank and we could not go forward with the purchase. We would definitely ask them to place a bid for us again if that opportunity arises.

All & all it went pretty good had to have them come back and redo one wall.

Everything went well and our garage looks new!

This is the second estimate for services I've received from John over the past 18 months or so. His estimated costs have always been in line with others. But both times John's attitude toward me as the customer has been ... relatively demanding and somewhat harsh. This time, when I awarded the contract to someone else after all bids were in, he left me a voice mail accusing me of "again" backing out of an agreement and not being honest with him. I do not know why he believed he had an agreement with me. My suggestion is simply to make sure John understands you are not giving him the work when you are simply asking for an estimate.

Very easy contractor to work with. He is concerned with the quality of his work as well as the extras like protecting floors and cleaning up. He came on a Wednesday to give me a quote for the bathroom. He was able to start Friday. Had the wallboard up and the initial taping done in 3.5 hours. Came back Monday at 9 for the second coat. Came back later Monday hoping to finish but it was not dry to his satisfaction so he returned Tuesday to texture. He took the time to talk to the handyman working on the bathroom so that everything was coordinated. My handyman is also happy with the final result. Many contractors take a paternalistic attitude toward women clients. That was not the case with Regal. I'd recommend them again.

I purchased an Angie's List deal for 4 hours of drywall repair for $99.00. I had installed some drywall and needed it tape and mud applied. Since this wasn't a repair, I didn't know how much work could be accomplished in four hours so I bought some quick set mud and tape just in case. I called the owner and set up a time for him to come out a week later to do the work. The day before the work was scheduled, I put done disposable drop tarps in the area to save time on setting up to apply the mud. The owenr showed up on time, check out what needed to be done, laid out a couple of extra drop tarps and set to work taping the joints. He accepted my quick set mud and applied the first coat. After the coat was dry, he sanded it flat and applied a second coat. After the second coat was dry, he sanded that and then applied a final coat of regular mud. This took about 3 hours in total. Since the final coat was going to take overnight to dry, he offered to come back the next day and sand it for an extra $45 which I accepted. He also later offered to prime the wall for an extra $45 which I didn't accept because I had already bought primer. I was happy with the job except I had to do some extra sanding to smooth some spots out before priming the drywall.
