Excellent! We have hired Patrick General Contracting to do several projects for us and my parents. He provided us an estimate and installed new laminate flooring and a toilet at our rental house which we were very pleased with the quality of work. For my parents, he rebuilt a fence and demolished a concrete patio and installed a new Trex patio. This was not an easy task since the house is located down a steep bank and materials are hard to get there. He did all the jobs on time, and on budget, and kept us up to date on his progress.
