Amazing, responded immediately on a weekend in a "downpour", provided temporary fix, off to respond to other emergencies, then returned later that day to confirm the temporary fix worked, came back on Monday and permanently fixed. This company is worth it's weight in gold with such genuine concern and helpfulness. A family owned business - calls were returned past normal operating hours. I would recommend them in an instant. They responded on the weekend when other roofing contractors did not.

Prior to work, I expressed concern that one of the trucks might leak and damage my asphalt or aggregate. I was assured it would not happen. After the roofing was removed, one of their contractors DTG, picked up the old roofing material and the truck leaked hydraulic fluid exactly where it lifted the load. Owner sent out the company that delivered roofing to clean it, however they did not leak. I have photos where everyone was parked. According to the law, contractors are responsible for the subs damage. Owner wanted to send her son out to clean, I insisted it be done professionally. Owner complained that DTG refused to pay, and said their trucks do't leak, although they agreed it was DTG. First I asked for them to cover it with blacktop seal, they thought I was unreasonable. Then on my own I found someone to clean it for $500. Owner said she would pay the bill after the date (year was wrong) was fixed. My contractor sent a new bill. Then owner demanded a 1099. My contractor said no 1099 needed. Finally apparently owner agreed to pay but asked for 2 weeks. 2 weeks came and went. Owner sent letter agreeing to pay but said she was seeking counsel because of slander for posting my opinion on Yelp. Owner still has not reimbursed me for damages. Owner has come up with excuse after excuse to delay payment, from saying it took me too long to notice damage it snowed tand rained right after so it was unnoticeable, but I have photos of before, during and after, so there is no doubt which truck leaked fluid. Now five months has passed, still no payment.
