Do not use this business! They promised a timeline that they couldn't follow through on. They promised to install laminate flooring first since it was in stock while waiting for the carpet to arrive but then wanted to charge an additional fee. They ruined our freshly painted floor molding and door jambs in each room during installation and then tried to say it was a normal occurrence and not their responsibility to fix it. The installer used a nail gun to install our floating floor and liquid nail glue to install transition pieces rather than use the metal channeling they came with, making it impossible to remove for repairs.

I cancelled my order and found a business with a license to install flooring. This company is not licensed nor bonded and insured, which means if they ruin your floor, you have no recourse. That means that if they get hurt on this job they could sue you! This company wasted my time and by now I could have had a new floor installed by someone else if I had not been jerked around by them. Beware of this company. For further information: HAUKENBERRY, MARK A Owner11/27/2007 Website for L&I : http://www.lni.wa.gov/ click on look up contractors, and you can see the company is conducting business unlawfully.
Description of Work: Unlawfully running a business. Flooring company has a business on the corner of 214th and 410 in Bonney Lake. This store is located very near Taco Bell. I was given a bid on replacing my bathroom floor. I asked for the bid to include their contractor’s number from Labor and Industries. The employee wrote an expired and revoked number on the bid. I called the company, employee insisted they were licensed. I gave them Labor and Industry's number and they promised to straighten it out. A week later they insisted they were licensed (pretended all they needed was a business license), and still had not called Labor and Industries. Employee accused me of being “difficult” and bullied me.
