We had vynl fencing put up around our property that posed many challenges in the way of uneven ground, sloping angles and tricky turns. The guys did a very nice job with a great attention to detail to make it look nice. Very pleasurable to deal with and they always cleaned up the site each day

Once again, thoroughly pleased with their work. Had a bad windstorm that knocked down a portion of our fence. William had someone out the same day and now our fence is like new! Fast service and great rates! Highly recommend!

Our project was really big - a cedar fence w 2 double-wide metal-frame gates and a gate between two buildings over concrete - around 3/4 of an acre. Some days were hot and others rainy. John worked most days by himself but he worked hard! This is the 2nd project we’ve had Goodrow do for us and highly recommend them.

Went very well. Work started within two days of the target gate. Project involved four property owners. Coordination was excellent with work progressing smoothly. Crew members were thorough, knowledgeable and did not mind answering questions. Material was as promised and looks great. A seamless project without any problems or issues. Project was coordinated through one of the four property owners which helped speed things along and provide clear communication.

Contractor scheduled to meet with me twice to review the fence and provide a quote.. The 1st time, he emailed that morning to say he had a conflict. We rescheduled and he said he would met me between 11-12 the following week. Today, the date of our second appt, he was a no show. I drove out to the house and waited an hour. When I called him, he said he forgot. Not that a way to do business.

Will and his team were wonderful. Fast, efficient and the quality of workmanship was great. Even the hardware for the gate and the brackets they use to attach the cross-boards to the posts were were far better than the fencing had had previously.

Work was better than expected and communication was clear.

Will Goodrow scheduled and arrived for assessment of felled portion of back fence damaged by unusually strong windstorm. We also had a rotting portion of side fence we opted to take care of same time. It was determined the integrity of back fence was affected by portion that was downed during storm. So, we knew pricing would be between 24-28 dollars per foot. Pricing was at 27.00 per foot to replace entire back fence and 1/2 of side fence. Snowstorm further delayed work, but we were immediately placed on calendar and notified. Work was completed in approx. 3 days replacing 85 plus feet of fence. It is beautiful. We are more than pleased. Craftsman Junior & crew was exceptionally polite, displayed much care and pride in workmanship, professional and considerate. We are thrilled..

We had a bit of delay in scheduling due to severe weather. This was a relatively small job, so I assumed they would schedule inbetween other jobs. William and crew worked efficiently and cleaned up the worksite when they finished. They checked back with me to make sure all was to my satisfaction before asking for payment.

Due to windstorm I had part of my fence knocked down and literally within 30 min of reaching out to Goodrow's outside of business hours I got a response and quote from William and he got someone out to my house the very next day! Their responsiveness was above and beyond expectations! This is now my 2nd time using them for my fence needs and both times were great with no complaints. Definitely recommend!

I requested a quote for a portion of our fence that had fallen over. The rep came out quickly provided us the quote. A year later we were ready so we requested another quote and they honored the same price which was cheaper than other companie. My only complaint was that I wasn’t aware that they actually had a calendar online with your project. I had to email to get confirmation of the dates. Unfortunately they didn’t show on the date and after I called they informed me of schedule issues and rescheduled me for another date. They came a day earlier than expected which was nice and were done in two days. Disregarding the hiccup of the schedule, I have to admit the fence looked amazing.

We had a chain link fence put in on our property and the workers we're very unprofessional. Anytime we had questions or issues that needed to be addressed, we emailed or called. William was very helpful and professional . Typical response time was in one day with any questions or concerns we had. The laborers who installed the fence left garbage all around our property after completing the work. After being contacted to make the final payment, William with Goodrow's reach out in response stating he would come and pick up any garbage and materials left behind by the workers. William completed picking up all of the materials left behind and the garbage on a Saturday. The over all experiance with William has left us satisfied customers!

Fabulous! They came out and gave me an estimate. Came the next day because there wasn't any one scheduled for a Saturday. The fence guy and his two children got it all done in about 3 hours! So glad not to worry about the fence falling down again in a windstorm!

When well though I think some posts could have been set a little deeper.

It didn't. I received a call from the owners assistant a week or so after my Angie's list inquiry. She said she wasn't certain if they worked in my city (website says they service ALL of Thurston County) and she also said she didn't know if "my job would be worth it to them". Really? Very disappointed. Can't believe they have an A rating on Angie's List. Still have to leash walk my dogs in the backyard because my fence job wasn't "worth it" to Goodwin's Fencing.

Went well, estimate needed to be manicured for sale of home.

My service experience with them was good. Their price was good. Their responsiveness was not so very good. They are hard to get a hold of and I actually tried to use them again and never got a call back. If I was able to get in touch with them I would use them again.

I highly recommend Goodrows. Impeccable work. Very nice to work with. High quality product and installation. Couldn't be happier.

We had William come out and give us a fence estimate a few months ago. He was timely, professional; made a good impression. Got a bid in good order. We got bids from two other companies. Decided to double our project and called the top two contenders from previous for a new bid. Sadly, William is not the one to respond to emails or phone calls anymore. He has whom I am assuming is his wife handling his business now. Not a good thing. She first gave us an appointment time that would not work for us. I told her I needed a later appointment so both of us could be present. Three days later she called and said she knew we had a "special request" for our appointment but she could not remember what it was. She was going to talk to William and call me right back. A WEEK later she left a voicemail saying William could come out at 4:00; that he would call me before he came out and that she would call me back later that day. Neither one happened. Yet another week goes by and she calls again. William can come out at 6:00 today. I told her no. Too much time wasted and that we were going with the other company who was more than happy to get a high paying job. Too bad this happened because we really liked William, but the office is a shambles.
