Firewall Pest Solutions

The reason I hired firewall was due to rats chewing my plumbing pipes. I pointed out to Firewall where the rat entrance point was under my mobile home and I also told him where the plumbers had found rat nests. Instead of crawling under my mobile home to set traps, Firewall placed poison packets right by the access panel to the crawl space rather than putting out the effort to crawl under my mobile home to the rats nest on the opposite side of the mobile home. A little more than a week later I again had to call plumbers due to the rats again chewing on my plumbing pipes. This is when I learned that the poisons were placed nowhere near the rats' nests. When I called Firewall to ask him to come out and do the job properly he became angry and threatened to leave without correcting the situation until I said I would report him at which point he proceeded to throw poison throughout my crawl space. It is now late August and I have called other contractors to do additional work under my mobile home and they refuse to go under with all the rat poison spread around. Now I have to pay someone else to come clean up the mess he left behind and have been told it appears there may still be rats under my mobile home as well as some carcasses. Having spoken to other contractors, the consensus is the work done buy Firewall was at best amateurish. Needless to say, this contractor has cost me thousands of dollars in additional repairs due to Firewall's ineptitude and I strongly advise against hiring Firewall.
