Description of Work: On the recommendation of a plumber, I contacted Drainfield Doctor to fix a slow drainage from my septic system. He promised 100% that he could fix the problem with a Terralift, an underground air-compression unit. As it turned out, the problem was a clogged pipe and not impacted soil. | |Although he gave me a one-year warranty, he failed to return any money when the fix failed. Later, I discovered that his Terralift treatment was illegal in the county I live in. Still, he refused to return any money, although I only asked for half back.

+ -1 moreTHEY GOT RIGHT BACK TO ME AND CAME OUT THE NEXT DAY TO REPLACE THE PARTS. THE PARTS HAD A ONE YR. WARRANTY. HE MADE TWO STOPS OVER ON HIS OWN TIME TO HELP OUT WITH A DEFECTIVE PART.
Description of Work: THEY CAME OUT AND PUT A NEW PUMP, INSTALLED A ON/OFF FLOAT AND ADDED MISC. PARTS AND NEW CLAMPS.
