Daves Restoration

Dave was extremely responsive. He either answered his phone immediately when I called, or returned my call within the same day. He showed up to work as scheduled and did a meticulous job, as well as a great job cleaning up afterwards. Extremely considerate person. He played music while working, low enough that it wouldn't bother the neighbors and I was impressed by what great manners he and his employee had, both with me and with each other. I frequently heard them saying "please" and "thank you" to each other while they worked. The price for the job was more than fair and I was very pleased with the results. I'd hire them again in a heartbeat and highly recommend them to all that are looking for a company that performs this type of service.

I appreciate the fact that Dave actually does the work; you don't deal with a contractor who books the job and then disappears until it's time to collect final payment....with a parade of strangers/subcontractors wandering through your home. I also like that he provided all the services we needed for a very reasonable price, so we didn't have to shop separate vendors for each part of the project to keep the cost down. He did high quality work, was timely, and demonstrated professionalism that leave me with no reservations recommending him to anyone.

Dave provided excellent service. He provided all the information I required (which was more than I could get from other roofers I contacted). Being a single woman, it is sometimes difficult to get your questions answered. That was not the case with Dave's. They arrived when they said they would and completed the work in a timely manner. They included the roof on my shed at no extra cost. I am pleased with their work and professionalism. I would hire them again.

I used Dave's Pressure Washing and we were little disappointed. He had done pressure washing for us and he had missed few things, so I called him back. For the first time when I used him, he pretty much indicated that the price was negotiable. I was more concerned about a good job, so I did not negotiate on price. I paid him pretty good price. I was disappointed considering the sum that I paid to him for what work he had done. I called him for the second time about a month later and told him that he has missed few things and that if he can stop by and take care of that. He showed up after a couple of days and I pointed him out what he had missed. He took care of the problem. He came back and did a nice job. He did not charge for the second time. He was a nice fellow. I did not really have a chance to talk to him for the first time, but I got a chance to talk to him on the second time so I understood his personality. He is a little bit on the slower side. He had just missed some patch up work in few areas where he did not get the dirt off the concrete and on the deck. He came back and he probably worked for less than two hours, but that is all it took to finish the job. After he came back and did that work for me, my daughter-in-law needed to have their court cleaned and I referred him to her and gave his number to her. He came over there and did the job. They were happy with price and everything. I would use his service in the future too.

It was agreed between us that he would do all the work we asked him to do. We were not satisfied with his work. He didn't in fact pressure wash the gutters. I don't think we even saw him get up with a bucket to clean out the gutters. He just used a little hose to clean up the gutters and missed areas when he did the pressure washing. We had to go back out and point out the areas that he had missed and asked him to redo those. We just felt that it was an unprofessional job and really weren't satisfied with his work. The price was right if he would have done what he said he was going to do. Because he didn't, the price was too much for the work we got out of him. He was not real thorough when we asked him to go back and do a better job. We would never use him again in the future.

He made everything look really great. He was recommended to me by a friend, who after he did work for that friend, everybody in their neighborhood got him to do their roof.
