About us

Started as a hobby and a fun way to make money way back in 2006, Cole Computer Services has since grown to be a full service business, operating as a Washington State Registered LLC and serving large areas of Western Washington. Our on-site services can be done in your home or office, saving you time and allowing you to leave all of your equipment where it is with no unplugging and lugging it out to the car to drop it off somewhere. When you're having an issue you won't have to worry about the shop not being able to reproduce the problem or whether it is an issue with something else about your home setup that you haven't thought of yet. Our technicians will come right to your front door allowing you to show us exactly what the problem is and at just $125 for up to a 2 hour visit our prices beat the socks off the guys that ask you to come to them. We can fix issues, repair and clean virus damaged computers, retrieve data off of "crashed" hard drives, setup and maintain your network, including addressing security concerns for both wired and wireless networks, and do just about anything else you might need.

Phone, tablet, and mobile network support isn't provided beyond basic issues (configurations, setup, and usage help can be provided on a limited basis, but we do not repair glass, replace phone components, and can't troubleshoot your cellular network problems unless it's directly related to your configuration, as we don't have access to the cell network providers towers).

This is the go-to place when you have computer troubles. I never used a mobile repair service in this area before now. I had no idea who to call. I took a chance on Cole Computer Services. I'm so glad I did. Prompt, courteous, and professional. I got exactly what I asked for and more. Mike came up with a better idea for my computer needs than what I had in mind.
