Anytime Roofing

Received a bid for 8,800 to replace and fix all necessary roof work. once they started working they found some rotten wood, they said it would be extra cost @ 40 per sheet. after 2 days of work they called me back and said it would require 8 sheets of ply wood to fix all the rotten wood this. so I agree and they continue to work. then 3 days later the tell me that it's not 8 sheets now it's 12 sheets that are required to fix the roof. but they are not done yet. then the NEXT DAY they call back and say it will require 16 sheets to fix the roof. So now I have to agree to this 16 sheets price or my roof will not be fixed with rain on the forecast and an open house from not having a roof I was forced into agreeing to this absurd added on expense. they completed the roof. after a few days I went up on top of the roof to find to my disappointment that the Chimney Flashing was not completed, they didn't even tell me they were NOT going to install it. also I took photos of my garage that they said they replaced all the ply wood. here you can tell the ply wood was NOT REPLACED. http://tinypic.com/r/2lmucsm/5 and http://tinypic.com/r/2r73cck/5 this company also during the install process, when they were installing the roof stepped into a bedroom cracking the ceiling drywall in my children's bedroom. the owner of the company said it was that way before they started working. my estate agent spoke up for me and told him no it wasn't and he agreed to fix it, when they came to fix it. they made a big deal about driving out to my house that is 4 or 5 hours from them, once they got there, they were laughing like they were having a good time after taking my money, so we talk and walk into the bed room they asked me if I wanted to paint it they only brought 1 gallon of paint. so their idea of fixing the damage done to my home is for me to do the work. I told them I didn't have the tools to repair my own ceiling with a large crack in it. so they let and came back with some patch material - that after it was dry you can obviously tell something was repaired on the ceiling. not only was I priced gouged and the work preformed was mediocre, the fact that they didn't do what they said they would do and didn't tell me about the chimney flashing , I would NOT recommend anyone do any business with them.

It worked out very well with him and I am very pleased overall. He was very professional and he was right on time. I think he did a real thorough job and don t have any complaints about him or his work. He did the driveway when he finished to clean everything all up.

OUR EXPERIENCE WITH ANYTIME ROOFING WAS OUTSTANDING. VERY PROFESSIONAL, HARD WORKING, AND DELIGHTFUL COMPANY. THEY WERE POLITE FROM THE FIRST PHONE CALL, EFFICIENT IN EVERY WAY, AND HAD MANY CHOICES OF ROOFING MATERIAL TO OFFER.
