 + -1 moreI asked for an estimate by way of Email on a Friday. By the next Wednesday I didn't receive a return call or, Email. I called the company myself and started to talk to Leo. As I was explaining my problem, and that I needed an estimate the phone call ended with a dial tone. I tried calling back, but all I got was an answering machine. I left my name and phone number just in case I was cut off by mistake. They have yet to return my call. If this is how they deal with estimates, how will they react if you have a heating or, air conditioning emergency? It's bad customer service for sure...
Description of Work: I was trying to ask for an estimate to take care of some duct work issues which included the possibility of adding a second floor air return.
