+ 0 moreIt is so hard to find a handyman who is willing to do small jobs, but as Charlie's business card says, "no job too small" . I called him and he was able to come out to take a look at the scope of the work right away. He then came back a few days later to do the job. He got the job done in a timely manner. He is a personable fellow and did a great job. I will certainly hire him again.
Description of Work: I need flashing over a window replaced before I could get the house painted. In addition, I need to have a hole patched where an old exterior hose bib had been removed.

+ -1 moreCharlie installed the outlets and light fixture as requested. The work was done neatly and looks very finished. He had previously installed kitchen countertops, a new sink, and new faucets in the kitchen and two bathrooms. He has many talents and his rates are reasonable. There was one problem with a chip in the laminate but for the most part he does excellent work. He has installed a new thermostat and rewired my bathroom fan and installed three porch lights. He even rerouted my dishwasher vent so I could have a sprayer. Everything is working as it should. I plan to use him again on other projects.
Description of Work: Installed two outdoor electrical outlets and one yard light.

Description of Work: built a deck off our family room over a rough/cracked exposed rock area. Did a great job - precisely level and square and well attached to the ground and the house. Gave estimate, bought all supplies and finished in very short time. He gave us a choice of type of wood/materials and some options on the size. Cleaned up completely after project - left us some of the extra wood for other uses and gave us detailed receipt at the end of the job. Estimate was finished price. Very friendly, but works well and quickly on his own. Kept us posted on what he was doing, when he was leaving and when he would return.

If he happens to do something wrong he'll come back and fix it and his price is great. I am very satisfied with his work. I highly recommend him.

+ 1 moreHe is a sole proprietor. The price included materials. His actual labor was between $800-1,000. He is a very good worker. He is retired and works at his own time so he wouldn't be really good if you had a short, short deadline. He is great for renovations or work around the yard. He is great for installing lights. He does get busy and gets booked up.
Description of Work: We used Charlie Pruitt to build a deck and install some draperies.
