This is N outstanding Company. Does excellent for for reasonable price. They painted the entire inside of our house. We have wood stained moldings. They did not get any paint on the molding. I would highly recommend Banner and his crew.!

We've been using Banner and his team for years. Highly recommend them. They do a good job and provide ideas when needed. All the jobs turn out well and they will fix any issues that arise (which are rare).

Didn't want to do job as it was a difficult and potentially hazardous engagement for a 2 story structure, because he didn't have the equipment nor the crew needed to execute.

I did not hire. He was too expensive.

Don't waste your time - they didn't respond to my RFP, not even to tell me they weren't interested. Pathetic -

Everything went very well. Maybe a little slow, but we knew when the work would be done. Bob Schober set things up and Banner Rowley got the job done.

Banner had good suggestions for the repair and scheduled me when he found time to spare ... as he was working on previously scheduled products elsewhere. He didn't want me to wait, and got the area fixed so it was liveable as soon as he could. The finishing touches were great. Communication gets an A+. As does the work.

I hired Banner to renovate my mothers home and he was excellent and will hire him again next year for another major project I plan! Banner is a skilled and seasoned in his profession that takes pride in his job!

Bob and Banner showed up with their crew and proceeded to deliver the single best exterior painting of a house I have ever seen. From start to finish they were top-notch. Cleaned up around the home after every work day, were always friendly and courteous, and finished on time and on budget. If you are looking for a do-it-all contracting service, this is it.

Bob, Banner and their team were great. They are professional workers, but just as important, (when you have strangers spending time in your home) trustworthy, friendly, great guys. They and their team, were kind and helpful in many areas above and beyond the project. I have two large dogs, one which can be very intimidating and they became fast friends. When my riding lawn mower broke down, completely unrelated to the project, Banner came out to give me a hand. When we had a battery go out on the garage door opener, they noticed it fixed it. Wonderful guys. The bathroom remodel itself came out beautiful. We are so pleased. I'm a little overdue in this review. We've had some family crisis causing the delay. I fully intend to use them again, if they'll have us ;) I highly recommend.

Very well. I would hire Bob again. We asked him to decide on the type of wheels we needed for carpet (the piece had been on tile), and he did so, as well as picked them up.

Good communication through the whole project. They were able to start job two weeks earlier than estimated and did a good job painting. We are very happy with the way it looks now. The cost includes power washing, caulking, removing old gutters, painting exterior of house and trim and some woodwork and painting on the eaves.

Bob is the best find I've had ever. He and his partner seemingly can do anything. His work is quality and fast. How often do you have a person performing a service saying: "oh, this didn't take as long as I expected so I'm knocking a hundred bucks off of my estimate"!! I discovered that anything I need as a homeowner, I can just call Bob. Anything. That's a good feeling!

Bob was an absolute pleasure to work with! His workmanship is impeccable. The project went exactly according to plan, and Bob went above and beyond our expectations! We are planning to have him work on another project in the future.

What I loved the most about Bob and his associate, Banner, is their can-do attitude. Basically, the job was a makeover of our very small condo before we moved in. I'd called three different contractors (chosen from the top four on Angie's List) and their bids were too high and also too restrictive, each one pointing out why this or that wouldn't work or was just too troublesome for them to take on. And when I cut down the job specs, they then said the job was too small for them to do. That's when I called Bob, who brought out Banner to also take a look. Both were up-beat, positive, professional, and very highly skilled in multiple trades. Bob did the woodworking (building in shelves to match existing cabinetry; putting in crown molding along the ceiling; re-doing the kitchen cabinets as open shelves); Banner did everything else (making-over the bathroom, including tiling the floor in a random pattern; raising the header on a closet; repairing sheetrock; hanging curtain rods; removing furniture and appliances; and on and on). Besides his exceptional craftsmanship, Banner also has considerable design chops. He and I had such a good relationship that, at different critical junctures, we often talked through how and why something should be done a certain way, not just for functionality but also for aesthetics. Banner is also something of a McGyver: his can-do attitude is matched by his incredible resourcefulness. He came up with solutions for problems that came up that were not only ingenious but also cost-effective and attractive. And when I got the final bill? It matched the original estimate. Over the years, I've been fortunate to have worked with many a great contractor and tradesman. But Bob and Banner top that list now. Thank you, guys!

Bob is a great guy to work with, and his associates are awesome as well. We wanted the interior of our newly purchased home painted before move-in, and Bob got it done quickly and professionally. He listened to all detailed requests and followed through. Will not hesitate to call on him again...thanks Bob!

Bob, was great to work with. He built our linen closet in his workshop based on his measurements and drove it down to install it. Our house unfortunately is almost 90 years old and is not exactly level so we had a bit of trouble fitting it in the space. The linen closet and woodwork was beautiful however. He built us 4 drawers that fit under a basement window and a custom closet with shelving for our linens that fit around our electrical panel and water shut off valve. He also kept coming back several weekends in a row (from Bellingham to Seattle!) to ensure he got it fitting level in the space. Upon his leaving it wasn't perfect so he knocked off $100 for us. We've had to do some trimming, sanding, and filling holes with putty, and of course we still need to paint it, but for the most part we're happy with the final work. The right door is slightly warped unfortunately and after leaving it in vises for two weeks to get it to bend back straight it didn't help, however we're going to install a spring roller catch latch to hold it shut. Overall we're happy with it but it certainly wasn't easy... but I blame our house, not Bob. :-) UPDATE: Bob came back and picked up our door and rebuilt it for us and it looks great. Thanks so much Bob!

Some communication issues, but Banner did a good job and was pleasant to work with.

Based on the Angie's List reviews, we contacted Bob to help design, build and install a custom book case for our office/studio. We had a basic concept and worked with Bob to make it real. Throughout the process he was patient and helpful, despite questions and changes as the project matured. The project was a complete success and adds hugely to the space. Bob worked tirelessly to make it happen; I would recommend him for any custom work or project you may be considering.
