Stewart arrived on time, didn't leave until the job was complete and it was the BEST WINDOW, SCREEN CLEANING, AND TRACKS CLEANING EVER!!!

The personality and appearance of the workers was excellent. Kept in contact with me during the entire duration of the project. I was totally satisfied with all aspects of the entire project. Would highly recommend this utility to anyone.

The owner came by personally to bid the job and make sure that he sent the right team and allotted enough time for the job. Team called when on the way, got right to work and worked very efficiently together. I like that they sent a two man team as I have had services send one man and it takes a very long time to complete the job. Very nice job and I will call them for the next cleaning.

Appointment made for 0900 with Stewart. He was aware we would not be home, but the crew called when they got here and since nobody answered they went to some other jobs and came back at about 1130. They were supposed to clean the gutters and treat the roof for moss but did not come prepared to do the roof treatment. They cleaned the gutters but made a big mess that they partially cleaned up. They must have just sprayed out the gutters instead of gathering the debris in buckets to remove it-there was moss and shingle sand all over the yard, screens, windows, patio, walks and steps. Now we have to wash all the windows because they sprayed them off and left water spots all over along with the dirt. We cancelled the roof treatment and doubt we will use this contractor again.

The young men were personable and efficient, professional. Stewart was professional and quick to respond. I would hire them in the future and recommend them.

Good job

The service once they got here was great! I was on a tight schedule and needed them to be here when they said they would. They arrived 45 minutes late and I had to call Stewart to find out where they were at. Because they arrived late, I missed an important meeting. The actual work and respectful nature of the crew was exceptional. The big negative for me was their timeliness. Would I hire them again, yes.

Had to clean the walls under the windows when they were done, there were drips everywhere, also when he used a ladder inside to clean a really high window, it ended up scraping off the paint which I didn't notice till after he had left. Not too impressed

Stewart, the owner, and Jason , his assistant , were both very polite and respectful. They did a great job and our windows and skylights look so clean! This is the 1st time we have ever hired someone to wash our windows- we'd use them again! Thank you!

Arrived promptly and was very thorough.

Washed inside and outside windows. Scheduling was easy and they were on time. However, I did mark down because there were drips of water on the wood floor and I had to clean up. Also, the upstairs window was washed down with the brush but not polished up so you could see drips. As it was an indoor window I was able to clean it myself.
