Seattle Pipeworks

I got wonderful service. Efficient. I had water on my basement floor and knew right away what had happened because many houses in our area had had the same broken sewer problem. I started with another plumber that sent a camera down the drain, found the break and recommended Seattle Pipeworks. Since they were so highly recommended I knew I was going to hire them but I did get another bid just to make me feel better. Everything about the way they worked was reassuring. They had to dig down 9 feet to find the broken pipe and when they were done, they left my yard is really great shape.

From start to finish, Tim Walsh was extremely professional, punctual and capable. He called me back within an hour of my first call, and was at our door the same morning. He spent a lot of time reviewing our pipe inspection DVD and explaining everything that he saw. I love being informed! He carefully examined the affected areas. After this, he referred me to a rooter service for our blocked pipe -- he could have fixed it himself, but he wanted to try to save me a great deal of hassle and money. He could have easily sold me a huge job, but he clearly acted out of honesty and concern for my budget. Later on, his company fixed a cracked sewer pipe and the price seemed very reasonable to me. He was courteous and professional in every interaction. I hope I never have any more sewer problems, but if I do, there is only one place I'll call!

Excellent. They showed up on time throughout the project. This is hard dirty work and they stayed on task and did very neat work including tarping over the dirt overnight in case of rain. The work site always looked neat. Had a little trouble finding the stub out near the street because the city map of the location was incorrect, but they handled the problem with ease and at no extra charge. Except for the new asphalt in the driveway, you would not know they were here. They know this side sewer business.
