We are very flexible with all of our scheduling and try our hardest to work around your needs. If for any reason you are not happy with our work we will come out and fix it for free, if we are still unable to make you happy we will not charge for the work done & if you already paid we will gladly give you a refund. At Upscale Hardwood Floors we install, repair and finish all types of beautiful hardwood floors. We also provide refinishing services to bring back the beauty of your floors. We have a combined twenty-three years experience in hardwood floors.
"The overall experience with Upscale Hardwood Floors was pretty poor. The end product was not what I expected. Kevin’s crew used wood filler on my flooring and stained over it. It looked pretty terrible. Kevin tried to salvage it with stain pens, but that was really a short term fix. The spots where wood filler wasn’t used turned out beautifully, but the few bad spots really spoil the end product. Additionally, Kevin’s communication is lackluster. Various times I was told Kevin and/or his crew would show up, and then they wouldn’t. Two times I expected the crew in the morning (9am-ish), the first day I waited and reached out at 11am and was told his guys wanted the day off, the second time I waited until 2pm and reached out - I was told they got busy with another job. I wish he had been proactive in telling me, vs. having me reach out. Overall, Kevin ended up discounting my service due to the end product, and I appreciate him trying to salvage the bad work from his team. With that said, I would not recommend Upscale Hardwood Floors."
