+ -1 moreGot the bid, agreed to proceed. Then repeated broken promises on start date which was 4 weeks late, indicated 1 day to install - took a week. Followup problem - ducts were supposed to be sealed and insulated per written bid, but were not. After repeated promises to come out and complete the work, underlings came out and insultated only the inlet duct, leaving the outlet duct unwrapped and leaking AC air into garage. Overall, I have a good system and can finish the job myself, it was just not worth the hassle of dealing with a small company that could never stand behind their promises.
Description of Work: Replace Heat Pump - Outdoor unit and indoor air handler with new inlet and outlet ducting.
