Description of Work: I don't remember what it cost exactly but they came out and cleaned out my gutters before winter. Just a small job but other firms wouldn't return my calls. They did a great job and probably saved the gutters.

 + 0 moreOverall, the workmanship and professionalism were above and beyond what we anticipated.
Description of Work: I designed and had Randy install ceramic tile and granite in the great room in the basement. The design and work is exquisite and we've received so many compliments. I designed the surround for the tub in the basement and Randy installed it. His work is near perfection. He recommended a certain type of grout that does not mildew and we went with it and have been extremely satisfied.

 + -1 moreRandy discussed options available for my installation and provided an estimate. I was highly impressed because Randy recommended a particular grout that does not mildew or discolor. I told him that I had never heard of it. Randy indicated that most installers never mention it to clients because it is more expensive. I told Randy that I definitely want the type of grout he recommends to be installed in my bathroom because I would rather pay more up front for installation than deal with spending funds later on for mold/mildew cleaners. Randy and Karan were prompt and performed excellent work. They returned the day after grouting to ensure that the tile was free from glazing and that I was satisfied with the job. They are extremely particular and take extra care to ensure client satisfaction. I was so impressed with his work and performance that I highly recommend his work to everyone!!! You will not be disappointed. Randy is returning on 2/20/10 to repair botched up tile work from another installer and replace the grout in my master bathroom. I am very excited and can't wait to see the finished product!!
