I had a very unfortunate dealing with John this morning. As a consumer, I rely heavily on the reviews that others leave to make informed decisions and felt that I should definitely leave a review regarding my brief encounter with this company. We had a 6:00am appointment this morning, so I got up earlier than normal, fed my horses, and sat out on the porch so as not to miss him. At 6:20 he had still not shown up, so I figured he had gotten lost and I called him. He told me that at 6:00am exactly he had pulled into the road that I live on and waited. The top of the road is about 300 yards from my house and there are two houses between it and me, therefore I cannot see it). He stated he did not want to come down my driveway because there were branches all over the road and he had a really nice rig he didn't want to scratch up. I told him that I drive a full size Dodge pickup and pull my horse trailer up and down that driveway 3-4 times a week without a scratch on it. I have lived here for 13 years and never had an issue with my drive way......He said I must be talking to the wrong person because he doesn't lie. I told him that I think maybe he entered the wrong address in his GPS and he should have called me. At that point I was extremely confused as to why he was acting like this and said I guess he didn't need the work and hung up. I see that all of his reviews an Angie's list are great, so I was very much looking at doing business with him and am very disappointed. I am getting my house ready to sell and have had two plumbers and one other roofer out here this week and none of them had issues getting down my driveway and all showed up when scheduled.

It went very well. John had a great crew and was very attentive. He was always willing to listen to different ideas and was able to have a great finished looking product! We were very pleased and will probably use him again for various other projects in the future.

Quite well! Cost estimate was reasonable, the work was done in a timely manner, and we were very happy. We will use John again!

John not only did exactly what we agreed on, he and his employees went above and beyond by offering to remove large trash items around the yard. He helped arrange the garage door replacement so I would not have to worry about the details. He also patiently walked me through how to get the insurance company to pay, saving me tremendous time and frustration. My husband and I were both delighted by his work. I would not hesitate to use him again, and will definitely be referring my friends and family to him.

I was looking for some repairs on my roof , decided to go with new roof, very reasonable price, great quality . John is always on time, job was done faster than expected , Great experience !

The job was beautifully and professionally done. The owner of the company named John conducted the job with his crew. John even helped choose the color, well experienced and have very good sense of color. , The house came out beautifully ...! The work crew were hard workers,The job was done very quickly !.I was Amazed !. John is a very positive person and even his radio was Encouraging ! It was joy to have this company do the job.

John and his crew showed up early and got to work right away ... they seemed to be not intimidated by the huge scope of work before them.He did alot of extra work that didn't show up on my bill !! A Very Honest Man....

John was extremely unresponsive, unprofessional, and rude. He did not return my call with a quote after our initial discussion, then he did respond to my text a few weeks later. He scheduled to meet me at my rental unit but when he arrived he couldn't explain or remember why he had already done some of the work (without ever quoting the job). He took an attitude about how he needed to research all his extensive records before he could discuss the other two open items, then wanted o reschedule our meeting for a time more convenient for him. I explained that I had rescheduled my day to meet him at his convenience and would not need any further assistance from him.

John installed a new roof at my client's condo several years ago. At the time we were extremely pleased with his work. Over the last couple of years we have had reason to ask John to attend to issues related to the roof. He has always responded with incredible promptness and professionalism. He does great work and he is such appositive person that he is always a pleasure to deal with. If I ever have roof work to be done, without hesitation, he will be the first person that I will call.

John is a gift. I had a leak around my chimney. He came out to inspect, did a audio video explaining what was wrong and what needed to be done to fix it, and provided the cost to fix it. He came over the very next day in the RAIN and fixed the leak. In addition, he looked the roof over and found some other things that needed attention and fixed those as well. This is a huge load off my mind. Very professional. Customer service excellent. I strongly recommend John - and I will be using him for other jobs.

He has also done the roof on my mom's house. He did a very good job. He did it in one day and it was great!

Everything went wonderful. He is very honest and thorough. He is very on point with his estimate. All of his workers are very friendly. His main goal is to make sure you are pleased. He is super honest. I have worked with a lot of contractors, he is absolutely fantastic.

John showed up to look over the problem I had with my roof. He gave me a quick and very reasonable quote. I said ok and he left to get material. He returned and had the repair work done by the end of the day. As a matter of fact, I called him again this morning to come back and repair the wind damaged on my shop roof from last night. He will be here tomorrow.

All work was done as requested. John and his crew did excellent work. Quick response to all our concerns. Still waiting on two windows that were special ordered, but know the work will be completed soon. Very happy with results.
