Initial sales rep was very knowledgeable and explained everything clearly. Installer had an unexpected issue and additional installer was sent to help troubleshoot. Furnace and thermostat were installed without further problems and we were very happy with the way it all turned out. Furnace is wonderful!

Very professional and knowledgable

I waited for feed back or to hear from the company for about a month. When I called they said they called me and left a message, we ended up figuring out that they had the wrong number for me. I was not very happy that it took them too long to get back to me, I had to call them to follow up. Their customer service value is not the best. The professionals stand by the quality of the product they offered, and I think their product Is excellent. I would recommend them.

The service technician (Nathan Leen) was very professional and knowledgeable. He took care of the routine maintenance, but also took the initiative to address the long-run service and reliability issues. It cost me a little more, but is worth it for the peace of mind and to be able to extend the life of my heat pump.
