Service provided when promised but I have asked for a detailed list of exactly what what was done and have yet to receive that.

Our new water heater was installed quickly, and it seems to be working. However, we are still waiting for the rebate form we were promised by the consultant. Also, the water heater itself is less than satisfactory. The temperature varies wildly, so taking a shower is an adventure.

They were very responsive when our furnace went out before the new one could be installed. They loaned us heaters and tried to get the old one to limp on until the new one could be installed. When that didn't work they rearranged their schedule and installed the furnace the next day and came back to do the AC.

Was able to determine the problem, but unable to fix it. Said the radiant floor heat had a broken link under the tile.

Technician was very knowledgeable and helpful diagnosing and explaining the problem. The quote for part replacement and labor to install was quite expensive. I ended up purchasing the part online and installing it myself.

The owner of the company made sure everything was done to my satisfaction. As well offered zero percent financing. They installed within two weeks of the initial quote.

I was quite pleased with West Mechanical. The technician was on time and within minutes figured out what the problem was. It was fixed in short order, which I appreciated. The technician was very friendly and personable. He explained what he was doing and what was fixed. I would recommend West Mechanical to anyone.
