The service man who came out from West Mechanical was knowledgeable, kind, and professional. He explained everything he was doing and why he was doing it. I learned a lot about our system and felt good about the service. I will request him again when we need our furnace serviced.

They didn't get here and had to reschedule and did finally get here. Wasn't a great experience nor a bad one. Was glad to have the warranty work done and the system is working fine now.
