Description of Work: Nice folks, but were not very forthcoming with information. As a woman who owns her own house and is quite handy, I prefer people who give me all the information and let me decide what products I want. This place had the attitude that they knew best and that I should just agree with whatever they suggested. I don't tolerate that and decided to take my business elsewhere.

The only thing that would have made the experience better would have been to have the replacement window work and replacement glass work done all on the same day. We had to make two appointments because the replacement glass was not ready when the replacement windows arrived at the installer.
Description of Work: Removed 5 single-hung windows in bedrooms and bathrooms and replaced with slider windows. Replaced glazing in two picture windows.

+ -1 moreAppreciated the concern of the installers regarding cost effective and safe removal of lead based painted surfaces. These young men worked well together and were efficient and professional. I am so happy I went with this company. I would use them again and I would definitely recommend to friends. The attention to detail and planning/preparation for an excellent outcome was refreshing and appreciated. It was a major purchase for me. I am looking forward to the energy savings and noise reduction. Each window was polished, and the installers neatly removed each window sticker without damage to be submitted to PSE for a rebate.
