I had requested a light orange peel texture. The texture that was applied I felt, was heavy not what I expected, and did not compare with any other time I had requested a Light Orange Peel Texture from other Drywall companys in the past. I told this to the person putting on the texture, which was done at night with only a light sitting on the floor, which I thought caused the proublem, I felt the man texturing the walls was not able to clearly see how heavy the texture was because of all the shadows. He told me he could remove it,but it was to late and couldnt do it till the next day. The next day when it was daylight I noticed that I could see a large seam in the ceiling where the drywall came together. I called the company, They said they would send someone out to check, When I did not hear from them I called their office and was told They didnt feel there was a proublem,They would only remove the texture for a xtra charge, and once I primed and painted the ceiling I would not see the seam.I spoke with the owner of the company, he agreed to go out and look at the proublem, When I called them back later in the day, I was told they would repair the seam. The next day in the daylight, I could still see the repair, and now instead of one concave seam I have 2,I have primed and painted the ceiling and I still can see the defect. I would not use this company again
