Tremkoe HVAC

My wife and I were looking for someone to add AC to our central heating system. After talking to another company and getting terrible service and pricing, I contacted Mark at Tremkoe to see if he would be more helpful. This company, and its employees, are easy to deal with, very knowledgeable, trustworthy, and straightforward. They do spectacular work and they explain things in a way that your average homeowner can understand. They went the extra mile to find the necessary parts and pieces to help us out. I would recommend them to anyone, and will only call them from now on.

Excellent. The Owner came out on a cold Saturday morning and installed the defective part (the main computer module) in less than two hours. The 14-year-old Trane variable speed furnace is now working perfectly again.

Mark returned my initial call for the estimate quickly and did not try to oversell me on unnecessary products. He was very knowledgeable, personable and did what he said he was going to do. Other estimates by other HVAC installers were either way overpriced or they did not show when scheduled or did not return calls. Mark described in detail what he was going to do and helped us come up with a plan for an air cleaner. He is honest and completed his work on time. Mark cleaned up after the install and verified his work before he left. Mark called the next day to make sure everything was still working for us. He would be the first person we would call preventative maintenance or if anything goes amiss at our house! We highly recommend Tremkoe HVAC.

Mark Tschetter of Tremkoe HVAC came to our home and performed the safety/performance inspection on our high efficiency Lennox gas furnace. I had never used Tremkoe before, but decided to give this smaller, local company a try. Mark had one other excellent review on Angie's List so I gave him a call. He responded promptly and was even a little less expensive than some of the big companies. Mark was very knowledgeable and performed the inspection in a professional manner, giving me good advice on maintaining the system and the strength and weaknesses of various brands of HVAC equipment in case I needed a new system in my next home. Overall the experience was very good and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Mark and Tremkoe to anyone needing heating and/or cooling system service.

Not one glich from initial job consultation through commissioning of new water heater and discovery of needed corrections to the furnace and the installation of a fireplace. Mark is incredibly knowledgeable and thorough in both his assessments of your needs and providing options for you to choose from. I'll never have anyone else service/replace my furnace, do any gas piping installation or install any new gas appliance other than Mark Tschatter, of Tremko HVAC. The installation of the large and quot;on demandand quot; water heater was flawless. Fired right up immediately after Mark made a final check of his installation. He uses high quality parts, which helps ensure that your installation will last. I personally believe in installing high quality equipment and parts and I didnt have to convince Mark that it was money saved by doing so. Often times folks only look at the intital cost of a particular product, and they go with the and quot;cheaperand quot; or more economical product/system. I look at the cost over time and peace of mind overall. I have complete confidence in Mark to advise me when I can cut a corner and when it doesnt make sense too. He explains and describes the issues/problems and solutions until you are happy and understand what your decision, on whatever he's doing means. I had him recommend a fireplace for a rental of mine and he actually advised me to buy the smaller unit; which in turn would make him less money. That one instance alone told me that Mark is not simply interested in making a buck. he provides a quality service and his goal is to build a trusting and long lasting relationship with his customers. I have since recommended him to several friends, relatives and co-workers and I will continue to do so. Each one of them was incredibly grateful for the contact I provided by recommending Tremkoe, and Mark to take care of their needs. Another bonus of getting to Mark has been getting his recommendations for other craftsmen that share his quality work ethic and integrity; from general construction and remodeling to regular plumbing, tile and electrical services. I've used every person Mark has recommended and couldnt be happier with the quality of workmanship I receive from all of them. I could go on and on about Tremkoe, but I think what I've written sums it up and its quite obvious I'm a fan of Tremkoe and wont hire anyone else.
