Joe did an excellent job. He was punctual and professional in every way. He was a pleasure to work with and I would not hesitate to engage him again to clean our windows. Our windows really sparkled after their much needed cleaning. I highly recommend Sparkle Clean Services.

We got a quick appointment and they showed up on time. The windows look very clean, however they did a terrible job with the tracks, and left dirt all over...the sink below the kitchen window, the tub, the floors (dirt from walking outside), and the house had just been professionally cleaned. Dirty water had dripped and dried onto the walls and baseboards in some places, and we found nicks on some of our newly painted walls. The tracks are still disgusting. We know the windows will pop out of the tracks, because our painter showed us on one of our windows. These window cleaners did not remove a single window from the track, leaving dirt and mold in all of the corners. I also thought the price was a little high for a one level house with 10 windows.

Sparkle Clean was super responsive to my call to schedule an estimate, ask questions, etc. When Joe made his visit to our home to write up the estimate, he was very clear to let me know of all the options for service from Sparkle Clean. From the beginning it was clear that this company's intention was to perform whatever of their cleaning and maintenance service we wanted for our home...there was no pressure to include anything except what was appropriate for us! I like that! Joe and his assistant arrived promptly, set up their equipment, and worked carefully and quickly to complete the various services in logical order so that we are left with sparkling windows...and our terrific view of Mt.Baker and the Cascade Mountains is clear once again. This was a great experience and we will use this service again! Terrific professionals!

Great! After an initial scheduling mistake, the young man came when expected, and cleaned all windows inside and out, including wiping down the screens. He spent about 3 hours at our house. I was very pleased with the results and the value.
